Moreno knows which houses are the hot properties and which ones require a more cautious approach. He adapts the bidding strategy accordingly, of course everything in consultation with you. Incredibly exciting, but he was absolutely right! He protects you from bids that a property isn't worth. After we had purchased our dream home, we didn’t have to think about who would sell our 'old' house: Moreno! That also went super well. But why Moreno and his team and not another real estate agent? Simply because you get genuinely honest advice in your interest from them. They are involved, know what your wishes are and act accordingly. It is a modern real estate agency that delightfully stays true to themselves. No expensive suit, snakeskin shoes or complicated words, but jeans, sneakers and clear language. As far as we're concerned, a breath of fresh air in the world of real estate! The communication is also perfect. Calls, texts, emails are responded to quickly and clearly. From the first contact to the end, they guide you through everything, they are very involved and helpful. 24 May 2025I would have expected better service from this NVM real estate agent/Bob. He abused his position. I regret it as much as hairs on my head that I had given him the assignment. A competent NVM real estate agent probably wouldn't have deceived us in this way, especially since he was also rude. I simply had a very bad experience, mainly because we, as clients, had nothing to say c.q. to contribute. He knew which town we had to move to and which house would be good for us. He also made us submit an offer that was unrealistically high. Furthermore, he just went on vacation instead of ensuring that my property would be sold quickly and at the best possible price, and he even dared to say at the end that the bid that was put forward was simply too high for what was offered. He clearly showed that he wasn't interested in the assignment!
