I have experienced this realtor as a potential buyer during a viewing of a house in Arnhem. He didn't seem to have familiarized himself with the details of the house, or wasn't inclined to do so, and referred every question to the brochure and questionnaire. His communication style was rude, unfriendly, and sometimes bordering on obnoxious. He reported that there was a bid on the house and that we would need to be quick if interested. Funda was still not updated 6 days later with the listing ‘under offer’.
