We zijn een jaar geleden in contact gekomen met Pulles Makelaardij vanaf het eerste moment vonden we de makelaar wel streng maar dat heeft ook wel een rede dat het huis er netjes uit moet zien als mensen komen kijken tijdens de bezichtigingen dus dit is allemaal goed gepland en geregeld. Makelijk bereikbaar houd je goed op de hoogte.

Alleen maar lof voor Pulles makelaars! Alles liep erg soepel. We zaten in een drukke periode betreffende werk en privé, maar de makelaars van Pulles namen veel werk en zorgen van ons weg. Pulles heeft de verkoop van mijn appartement echt heel goed gedaan. Goed mee gedacht over evt eerst verbouwen of niet, en daarna de verkoop ook echt heel goed gedaan. Altijd goed bereikbaar en snelle reactie. Door omstandigheden kon ik er zelf heel weinig aan doen. Dat bleek ook niet nodig omdat Pulles me echt heel veel geregel en op- en uitzoekwerk uit handen heeft genomen!

Probably a good real estate agent, but part of the problem for buyers. If you haven't hired a friendly buyer's broker from Pulles, you won't have a realistic chance of getting a viewing. They send new houses they are selling first to friendly brokers; only a few days later do they (symbolically) put them on Funda. By that time, the viewings are usually already full. In this way, they force interested buyers to hire a friendly buyer's broker, good for their business but quite unethical in my opinion. Not all brokers do this; some work with a lottery or place the property on Funda at the same time as on the internal friendly broker system. It is therefore a conscious choice of Pulles to be part of the problem.

Pulles Makelaardij helped us with buying our first house. We mainly had contact with Storm and experienced this as pleasant. As soon as we indicated that we wanted to view a house, action was taken immediately and we received confirmation quickly.
