Pulles has really done a great job selling my apartment. Thought carefully about whether to renovate first or not, and then also really done a great job with the sale. Always easy to reach and quick response. Due to circumstances, I could do very little myself. That turned out not to be necessary because Pulles really took a lot of the hassle and the work of looking things up and down from my hands!

Probably a good real estate agent, but part of the problem for buyers. If you haven't hired a friendly buyer's broker from Pulles, you won't have a realistic chance of getting a viewing. They send new houses they are selling first to friendly brokers; only a few days later do they (symbolically) put them on Funda. By that time, the viewings are usually already full. In this way, they force interested buyers to hire a friendly buyer's broker, good for their business but quite unethical in my opinion. Not all brokers do this; some work with a lottery or place the property on Funda at the same time as on the internal friendly broker system. It is therefore a conscious choice of Pulles to be part of the problem.

Pulles Makelaardij helped us with buying our first house. We mainly had contact with Storm and experienced this as pleasant. As soon as we indicated that we wanted to view a house, action was taken immediately and we received confirmation quickly. During the viewing, Storm points out the possibilities but also the points that are 'bad'. Also, questions you ask via email are answered quickly.
