Frans was vanaf het begin bij de oriëntatie al goed voorbereid. Daarna liep de communicatie ook goed en vlot. Dat was echt een fijne samenwerking!

Is een professionele makelaar die wel weet hoe het moet en doet wat hij belooft. Hij heeft onze woning zeer snel verkocht. Het was ook een prettige samenwerking ook met zijn team.

De eerste kennismaking was prettig, maar toen ik eenmaal een contract met hem was aangegaan verliep het moeizaam: ik moest zelf steeds achter dingen aanzitten, anders hoorde ik niets van hem (en ik verwacht van een makelaar toch een pro-actieve houding). Ook hoorde ik bij het bellen een keer heel hard gelach aan de anderer kant, en een andere keer allerlei kinderstemmen. Kwam niet erg professioneel over. Unprofessional, before a property appeared on Funda, I received a message from my real estate agent that the Kleine Geer in Haalderen was coming onto the market. I had requested a viewing with Frans Knorth Makelaar, who told me that the property would appear on Funda a week later and that I would be called as the 1st person. I just heard that this company sold a house in Arnhem to a slumlord, against the wishes and without the knowledge of the seller. I contacted this realtor last week because we were interested in a house at Eikhof 66 in Gendt. When I indicated that we wanted to view it, I only received the option to quickly pop in on Tuesday. We then stated that both of us work in essential professions and, given the strange times due to the coronavirus crisis, we cannot take time off on our working days. The realtor's assistant was going to discuss whether there was an alternative possibility for a viewing. In the afternoon, I received a phone call saying there was enough interest in the house, so no opportunity for a viewing was offered to us. The realtor didn’t want to adjust his schedule accordingly. Well, in my opinion, that makes you a bad realtor. As a realtor, in my opinion, you do your utmost best to sell a house at the highest possible price. I wouldn't be happy as the seller of the house. But anyway, he will sell the house to those many people who are interested in it. A very bad realtor. Think carefully before entering into an agreement with this realtor, because he doesn’t put much effort into the sale and the highest yield.

During the viewings, we were superbly guided by two ladies. They took all the time, there was no rush and they didn't pressure us to make an offer quickly. Very good first impression, all the more a pity that when you proceed to submit an offer on the property, the contact becomes very poor. Frans suddenly takes over. He doesn’t listen well, makes assumptions about the bid you are making, and passes information incorrectly to the sellers. In short; first impression very good but afterwards you have to deal with an enormously chaotic and muddled man who mixes up a lot of information. A single example already; passing on a take it or leave it offer to the sellers while this is not at all a case of take it or leave it, you don’t expect that from a real estate agent.

Firstly, they had me destroy the keys. Secondly, it takes an enormously long time before I receive reimbursement for everything. (I've only been reimbursed a portion so far) Thirdly, they are good at deceiving people. (In terms of whenever I call, it’s someone else who answers, and when my girlfriend calls, she gets through).
