Tijdens het kennismakings- en aankoopproces kwamen wij erachter dat wij dit onbewust steeds tegen elkaar zeiden. Hieronder leggen wij uit waarom dat zo is. Voor ons stond een verhuizing van Groningen naar de omgeving van Bemmel op de planning, met als ‘droomscenario’ het kopen van een woning. Een spannende stap als starters. Bij André en Michel voelde het direct vertrouwd en werden wij serieus genomen, in tegenstelling tot eerdere kennismakingen met andere makelaars. We kregen een warm welkom, een no-nonsense aanpak en snelle communicatie (ook ’s avonds en in het weekend). Daarnaast was er duidelijke en eerlijke communicatie over onze kansen op de woningmarkt. Het ging daarbij niet om zomaar woningen aandragen, maar juist om woningen die écht bij ons pasten binnen onze zoektocht. Er is een duidelijke visie op wanneer een woning wel of niet bij je past als koper (voor ons helpend in de zoektocht). Al met al erg blij met het totale aankooptraject naar onze nieuwe woning.
