Wij helpen u graag met het vinden van uw droomhuis. Taxaties: Jarenlange ervaring zorgt ervoor dat wij een goede kennis van de markt hebben en taxaties voor u kunnen verzorgen die een realistische waardering weergeven. Wij zijn ook aangesloten bij het NWWI. Alleen taxateurs die aan strenge kwaliteitseisen voldoen kunnen zich hierbij aanmelden. Deze erkende hypotheekadviseurs verzorgen de (noodzakelijke) analyse van uw financiële positie. U krijgt een objectieve productvergelijking voor een optimale hypotheekkeuze. De adviseurs houden hun deskundigheid op peil met verplichte (meerdere malen per jaar) educatie, waardoor zij in staat zijn de ingewikkelde (her)financiering van uw woning of bedrijfspand overzichtelijk te maken. Belastingzaken: Tevens heeft u de mogelijkheid om uw belastingzaken te laten behartigen. BROKER WHO IS LETTING GREAT OPPORTUNITIES SLIP THROUGH YOUR FINGERS - We have lost hundreds of Euros, and weeks of time due to the deception and outright lying of Jansen Makelaars BV. In particular, the director of this office Bob Plattel ensured that we missed out on a property in which we were willing to go far with our bids. We spoke with employees several times when we did not receive a response from Bob; Bob would call us back. Ultimately, after we had been ignored for days, he appeared to be 'sick', as we understood it from him via an extremely late email, however his colleagues always said that he would 'call us back' or 'send him a text message' without any result. The property we were interested in was a unique opportunity. We had an inspection report drawn up which revealed many defects. However, the property remained a unique opportunity. After several attempts to contact Bob, it turned out from a telephone conversation with his colleague Mr. Joosten that we were 'the only party'. That fact + inspection report ensured that we bid low in the negotiations. Mr. Plattel would ask several questions of the current owner which could influence the bidding process but very late and unfair answers came back. After some tugging and pushing, there was never a counter-offer and the property was sold to another party without informing us of any other interest. If we had known that there were indeed multiple parties interested, we would have approached our bidding process very differently. In short, this office is letting great opportunities slip through their fingers in securing the best price for their clients. If I were you, I would never put your house up for sale via Jansen Makelaars BV.
