Het contact verliep heel soepel. Mijn verwachtingen over de verkoopprijs waren niet bijster hoog. Makelaar Bram daarentegen was veel beter op de hoogte van de markt ter plaatse. Ik werd steeds op de hoogte gehouden van de biedingen. De uiteindelijke verkoopprijs was ruim boven verwachting. De afhandeling van documenten verliep uitstekend. Ik zou deze makelaar warm aanbevelen!
