Communication from both real estate agents is very difficult. There was supposed to be an agreement between seller and buyer, which unfortunately means the property is no longer available. Half a month later, I was called and it turned out that viewings were suddenly being planned again and the situation was re-evaluated. I received absolutely no notification about this, even though interest in the property had been clearly expressed. Requested to email the brochure and documents for the property, promised, never received. Expressed interest in another property, and they indicated that the documents and permits still didn't match and you would have to wait a bit longer. “Just keep an eye on the site” and it’s dismissed like that... Looks good and fun on social media, but very difficult communication… You put your house up for sale through this real estate agent and potential buyers are not heard. Good luck with the sale then!

Utterly worthless. Communication with Twan has always been extremely difficult, but today he didn't even show up for our appointment, no phone call, no message, absolutely nothing.
