21 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. For both components, I received excellent assistance and was provided with the correct information, so that the process could be handled easily and quickly and I as a customer could proceed through this process without worries. In particular, the guidance for the mortgage was very good. After the required documentation had been submitted, the entire process proceeded smoothly and simply. There was consideration of other options, so that I as a customer could benefit most. There were also moments when extra work was needed or other adjustments had to be made to get everything finalized. Here too, there was quick response and processing, allowing the complete application to be completed quickly and in one go with the lender. A pleasant organization with people who are happy to help and support you. Also, there is a nice atmosphere on location, making it enjoyable to visit.
