The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. The website states that you will receive the valuation report within 3 days. It ultimately took 5 working days and 9 days between agreement to carry out the valuation and delivery of the valuation report. Delivered valuation report fine as far as I can assess. After receiving the valuation report, a request was submitted to make an additional change to the valuation report. This was promised verbally but to date no adjusted valuation report has been received. Disappointing.

After signing the contract, the real estate agent did not show up anymore. Perhaps it is a good real estate agent for the seller. But from a buyer's perspective, it is not.

Reachability was high, the possibility of consultation was always available. Thanks to the online file, as a seller you stay informed about the viewings. Nikki knows how things work, is not discouraged by arguments from prospective buyers, and knows what she stands for: the best possible selling price for her client. Our sales process went smoothly and the house has generated sufficient viewings from which a sale originated. I have already passed on this realtor's business card to someone else in the neighborhood. :-)

Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). Our hearts started beating faster; this was the house we had viewed in April 2024 during an Open House Day! 31 May 2025I recently sold my house through Digimakelaars. I am very satisfied with their service and their non-pushy way of working. My house was beautifully presented on funda thanks to a good photoshoot. I personally conducted the viewings in my house, but the real estate agent (Guido) negotiated on my behalf, which worked perfectly. He also gave me advice when I had various questions and when buying another house. Very accessible and pleasant. And not unimportant: a completely different financial picture than with a regular real estate agent.
