Subject: Management and associated purchase/sale of apartment of deceased parents. (Private sale) Submitted to Ap and Chantal to draw up a deed for heirs and someone under guardianship. Which is very complex because the court in conjunction with the guardian have the longest breath. A value for a piece of developed land needs to be determined quickly. Try finding an appraiser.. It's Wednesday and I need a value, preferably before the weekend. Called Sanders real estate agency… yes it can.. and it can still happen quickly too. In no time Ap Sanders himself on the line. ‘We’ll try!’ A few nice informal back-and-forth messages… and… on Friday afternoon I have a beautiful appraisal report in house. Mr. Sanders left a disinterested and poor impression. His selling price was €100,000 lower than another broker who sold it within 3 days.
Bedankt voor uw review. Ik herken mij niet in de tekst van mevrouw Stigter. Persoonlijk zie ik geen hogere waarde in de woning. Dat is mijn professionele opinie. Ik heb aangegeven dat ik geen belangstelling heb om de verkoopopdracht te aanvaarden tegen een hogere vraagprijs die mevrouw Stigter voor ogen had. Ik stond hier niet achter. Als dat onder niet geïnteresseerd wordt verstaan, dan is dat zo. De beoogde vraagprijs van de opdrachtgeefster in combinatie met de woning past niet in mijn visie. Het moet wel bij je passen om er voor de volle 100% achter te staan. Maar we kunnen wel elkaars mening en gevoelens respecteren. We hebben mevrouw Stigter niets te kort gedaan, we hebben de opdracht niet uitgevoerd. En niemand weet dus de uitkomst van de uiteindelijke verkoopprijs zou zijn als wij wel de opdracht hadden uitgevoerd. Tegenwoordig zie hier en daar verkoopopbrengsten die 20% tot 25% boven de vraagprijs liggen door de enorme krapte in de markt. Een dergelijke review is wel erg gemakkelijk en laagdrempelig.

We were looking in the area for a buyer's agent because we were looking at houses there and had one in mind. Via Google, we stood at their door without an appointment. Due to corona, we called to see if they could do anything for us and that we were standing outside. It was no problem and we were warmly received with consideration of the corona measures. What lovely people. We are glad we did it. Since we had a large search area (Betuwe, North-East Brabant and the Achterhoek), they didn't go to all the viewings, but they always researched everything when we found another property. For properties in the area, they went along and looked critically. Things that we didn’t pay attention to were pointed out to us, which was very nice. This led to a number of dream homes not becoming reality because they brought us back down to earth. Furthermore, they also thought along and came up with suggestions for houses. Ultimately, we found our dream house and are in the middle of handling the preliminary purchase agreement etc. We can call, email and text them flat out with questions. They always respond quickly and honestly. Hanna you are truly a star for us and Ap and the rest of the team you really do it super. Thanks for all the help, support, brainstorming and honesty. In short, definitely recommended!!!

We had then the time 2011 very bad experiences with a purchase broker who came out for this firm, he wasn't worth their money and what he did wasn't much. Compared to friends and acquaintances who later also bought something and what their purchase broker did for them.
