Quickly raking in John Bull is someone who wants to make money very quickly without wanting to put too much effort into it. We had 8 hours yesterday to go through the paperwork of a property and HAD to come and sign. We still had some questions for John. John got angry, asked what my friend was thinking, and that he still had enough other buyers who would buy directly without asking. We had our own duty of investigation. He even hung up on my friend. Still drove to the property in the evening to talk about this like normal people and that it bothered us. Expressed that we felt John wanted a signature very quickly and wanted to cash out and lose sight of the person a little. 'yes, that's the market sir'. We asked for 2 days to retrieve some information from the municipality. Those 2 days we didn’t get. He was going to call the next one on the list. Looked last Friday, made an offer on Wednesday, received paperwork on Friday morning and had to sign 8 hours later. It's not bread from the baker. If we ever see a house for sale again from this real estate agent, we will not respond anymore. John never apologized or called. Very disappointing.
