During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. From the first contact to the end, they guide you through everything, they are very involved and helpful. 19 Apr 2025Mindere ervaring opgedaan, hetgeen wij niet hadden verwacht. Een makelaar die niet goed ingelezen was o.a. omtrent gebruikt materiaal en even snel door de woning wandelde. Nadat wij dezelfde dag van bezichtigen de vraagprijs hadden geboden, moesten wij, ondanks toezegging snel te horen de volgende dag zelf bellen om te horen wat de reactie van de verkopers was. Wij krijgen steeds meer aversie tegen deze ogenschijnlijke arrogantie in de makelaardij in deze "vette" tijden voor de kantoren, maar kom op, fatsoensnormen zijn van alle tijden. Zie dit als een opfrisser voor de betrokken makelaar. Aanvullend 2 april 2025: N.a.v. de reactie hieronder van de makelaar, die zich "niet herkende" in onze ervaring en verzocht om contact........tja dan verwacht je natuurlijk wel een reactie n.a.v. onze uitgebreide email....die bleef dus uit. Dus hoe serieus moet je dan het hieronder staande relaas van deze makelaar nemen......?! Communicatie wat ons betreft dik onvoldoende.
