The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. Jan was enthusiastic about our house and we believe that this partly contributed to the fact that our house sold quickly with this realtor. Jan and Susan, thank you for everything.

The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. Your reaction to my review is not the truth. No Schuurman, then also the truth and the whole story. Not we approached the seller but the seller approached us. Nothing wrong with that. But it went differently than you wanted and then you fell through the cracks. Your embarrassing attitude, behavior and sometimes rude communication towards us and towards the seller closed the door. In that a good real estate agent can distinguish himself. And those reviews on Funda; one-sided. Only the “positives” are approached and asked to place a nice review.
