The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. Jan was enthusiastic about our house and we believe that this partly contributed to the fact that our house sold quickly with this realtor. Jan and Susan, thank you for everything.

Your reaction to my review is not the truth. No Schuurman, then also the truth and the whole story. Not we approached the seller but the seller approached us. Nothing wrong with that. But it went differently than you wanted and then you fell through the cracks. Your embarrassing attitude, behavior and sometimes rude communication towards us and towards the seller closed the door. In that a good real estate agent can distinguish himself. And those reviews on Funda; one-sided. Only the “positives” are approached and asked to place a nice review.

Truly remarkable review: Mr. Anton Steenweg purchased a property at e Vossenweg in the spring of 2023, which he cancelled and subsequently wanted to make an appointment with another client of the same real estate agent outside of the agent regarding a property on Mendellaan. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house.
