07 Feb 2025Unfortunately, no positive experience with this broker. In a completely chaotic market, they seem eager to add fuel to the fire. We had contact three times regarding the purchase of a property. During these contacts, it was repeatedly stated that we 'would have to overbid' and that we 'should consider' the asking price as a starting price. When many people are interested in a property and hear this message multiple times, you naturally know what will happen. A sad state of affairs.

18 Sep 2025Recently, I bought a property in a holiday park. When you buy a property on a park, you have to deal with multiple parties and I had to figure everything out myself (my first time). You need to ask the park was the standard answer from selling real estate agent Irma. But she has defaulted so much that it needs to be reported. During the technical inspection (announced well in advance), the key to the technical room was missing, the plot size in the brochure deviates significantly from reality, the park contribution deviates 30% (higher) from what was stated in the real estate agent's communication, the depicted items don’t belong to the property, really with every email another financial popped out of the sleeve. The lady was completely uninformed but also not interested in informing me. Yes, of course I had a lot of questions, but that is necessary when buying a property and especially because it also involves a third party. Incidentally, the house is great, but the purchase was an unpleasant and disagreeable process which I even compare to my divorce. Irma isn’t making this a celebration and I would definitely advise against her.

There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

Where I usually run into viewings in large groups and an impersonal approach, it was exactly the opposite with Silvia: I was allowed to walk through the rental property alone, had time to ask questions and to get all the documents in order after I was selected for the property, and the lease agreement was reviewed from A to Z so you don't have to worry about the fine print. It was clear that a lot of thought went into both my wishes as a tenant and those of the landlord, so everyone is satisfied. Official matters are handled neatly via email, and for other questions you always have quick and easy contact via Whatsapp. All communication is professional and friendly, and it's clear that Silvia doesn't leave you to your fate once the contract is signed, which inspires a lot of confidence. In short: a well-deserved 5 stars!
