Where I usually run into viewings in large groups and an impersonal approach, it was exactly the opposite with Silvia: I was allowed to walk through the rental property alone, had time to ask questions and to get all the documents in order after I was selected for the property, and the lease agreement was reviewed from A to Z so you don't have to worry about the fine print. It was clear that a lot of thought went into both my wishes as a tenant and those of the landlord, so everyone is satisfied. Official matters are handled neatly via email, and for other questions you always have quick and easy contact via Whatsapp. All communication is professional and friendly, and it's clear that Silvia doesn't leave you to your fate once the contract is signed, which inspires a lot of confidence.
