The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. We sold the house in 2.5 weeks, which we are very happy with. Really a top real estate agent, a true recommendation. Oh yes, and what is also super nice is that a sign comes up too late on the for sale sign instead of 'sold' when the house is sold.
