The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. 21 Jun 2025We are very pleased with the service provided by Ginkel Bemmelen. 7 years ago we viewed 4 homes with 3 different real estate agents. After 2 viewings by Ginkel Bemmelen, we already decided then: If we ever sell our house, we want to do it through them. No smooth sales talk with them. They take the time, are honest about the house and when they don't have an answer immediately, they look it up for you. Half a year ago, we invited them for a non-binding valuation of our property. Marcelle from Ginkel advised us based on our story to view a property that we had initially not found attractive. It was worth the effort! In reality, the house turned out to be much warmer and more cozy than what appeared in the photos. We placed a bid which was accepted. Subsequently, the real estate agent helped us sell our home. There's a lot involved in that! The communication throughout the entire process has been very competent, smooth and correct. Although it is their daily work to help people buy/sell houses, all employees consciously realize that it concerns people and that it is special, exciting and an unusual event for them. They are committed and empathetic. Truly top!

Date unknownQuickly responded to my request for an appraisal and also scheduled quickly. Unfortunately, no neat order confirmation with the terms and conditions. Agreed on a NWWI appraisal report via email,,, but this ultimately happened without my knowledge.

19 Dec 2024Great realtor! Also highly recommended for first-time homebuyers! The contact with Mark went smoothly. We received quick responses to texts or calls. Wanda quickly scheduled the viewings at a time that suited us. Mark was present at each viewing, where possible; if he couldn't be there, his colleague Reinier was present. Mark was well informed about our wishes and it was clear to us that he had passed this on to Reinier when he came along. During the viewings, they were very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the property in question, and after each viewing, a calculation for a bidding advice was quickly made. After our offer was accepted, we were also well guided through the subsequent process (a process that was quite unclear to us as first-time homebuyers). We have never regretted our decision to hire a purchasing agent and choosing Fundament Makelaars!

And I am happy with that. More or less by chance, I ended up at Fundament Makelaars. I walked in and there was immediately a connection. Their presentation was short and powerful; I immediately gave the team the assignment to sell the house. Everything then went smoothly. The property was quickly prepared for viewings. The photo and film session was professionally directed. The presentation on the various media platforms was carefully and thoughtfully compiled. Nothing was forgotten and rightly, the match with the buyer was also made quickly. In short, an absolute recommendation.
