She assessed the house and on September 3rd, the house was listed for sale on Funda with perfect text and beautiful photos. There were many viewings and offers. On September 19th, the house was already sold!!! Really that fast.!!! Amazing! VHA real estate agents are skilled, provide good guidance, are helpful and friendly, also by phone and at the office. 02 Dec 2020Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

02 Dec 2020Between 2010 and 2013 many brokers from the selling party were seen in a hunt for a beautiful house. In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

02 Dec 2019After a very nice and pleasant first contact, a second appointment was made where a plan would be drawn up. This appointment was cancelled due to illness (which is understandable). Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

29 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. Our communication is indeed always clear and straightforward...we don't deliver blabla stories, that’s not the kind of office we are. Ultimately, everything turned out well and that is the most important thing. Don't Worry, be Happy. *** Dear Laleh, we do not recognize ourselves in your review at all and had to search thoroughly. After some investigation, we see that we purchased your property in Schuytgraaf in 2021 for a client, which you were selling through another broker. We don't quite understand where this negative review suddenly comes from two years later. At the time, we handled things very well for our client, which you may not agree with. Without going into details, we can state that our remarks regarding the property and the incorrect delivery of the house by you were certainly justified. The main thing is that our client is extremely satisfied with us, and that was our task in this case. You use aggressive language to embellish the negative aspects. We have never and will never be like that, not even towards you. We are clear and straightforward anyway, especially when it's necessary to safeguard the rights of our client, the buyer in this case. But never rude and always honest. Sometimes third parties find this difficult to deal with, but we don’t make things look prettier than they are. Of course, we strive for 100% satisfaction. (Unlike many other offices) The appointment was easily arranged. Mr. Jillis was already on time and had all necessary preparations made before we arrived. (You can't always expect that either) Very friendly, open man who knows his stuff. No arrogant attitude or unpleasant behavior but mutual respect. Some real estate agents think they are some kind of god. The viewing was very extensive and certainly not rushed. There was plenty of time and space to thoroughly look at the house and ask questions. Despite choosing another house, we were extremely satisfied and charmed by Jillis. It has nothing to do with the qualities of Jillis, his office or the house since we chose a different location. If needed in the future, we will definitely work with this agency.

01 Oct 2025Jillis Baggerman is a worthless realtor. Integrity is nowhere to be found. Some time ago, we overbid on a house by 105,000 euros, and this realtor refused to pass this on to the seller because eerlijk bieden.nl would be used. A realtor is obliged to pass on EVERY bid. Furthermore, there are now all sorts of defects in the property that he should have reported, but he did not properly inspect the house and did not visit certain rooms, according to him, because things were in the way. So, in other words, this realtor sells a car but isn't sure if it has an engine. We tried to have a conversation with him, but he only comes up with accusations and, even worse, doesn’t have the decency to let you finish speaking. This realtor stated that he would prefer to go to court than we will sort it out. Are there more people with negative experiences with this realtor? I urge you to report here so we can take action together.

From the first contact to the broader acquaintance, they supported us in our search. Although we mainly used Funda. During the first viewing and consideration of making an offer, Patrick gave us the necessary mirrors to make sure we made a realistic offer and didn't dream too much. For a second property, which they had already advised us on during the process, the mirroring went exactly like with the first one. Well-considered, we then made a realistic offer and this turned out to be the right offer. Throughout the entire process, Karin and Patrick supported us well, from searching for an appraisal agent to going through all documents up to accompanying us to the notary. For everyone looking for a real estate agency with a personal approach, and delicious Madeleine's, Vendôme Real Estate is a recommendation.

For me it was very pleasant that there was always, at any time of the day, a possibility to chat via app. Patrick reacts quickly and acts attentively, alertly and accurately, both during the searching and viewing, as well as during the bidding process, when quick and resolute action is especially important.
