We have learned a lot from her and benefited greatly from her knowledge. In addition, the viewings together were also very pleasant every time, which is not unimportant. The other employees, such as the secretariat staff, were also very kind and helpful. All viewings were quickly scheduled for us. 23 Jun 2021Moniek is a real top performer. She is very clear about pointing out the bottlenecks and lets you know what you should and shouldn't do. You simply receive a very honest and straightforward opinion. That can sometimes be difficult because she also confronts you with things you haven’t done well, but that creates a learning moment and allows you to improve again. There is also a high degree of flexibility. We had a somewhat difficult situation which resulted in us taking a hiatus in our sales and therefore we removed the property from the market. This went without any problems. Ultimately, in addition to her sales services, we also made use of her purchasing services. What an boss. In the current market, being able to get a house below the asking price and additionally the extras she managed to negotiate. Furthermore, the price is very attractive, which is of course not unpleasant for the wallet. In short, as already mentioned, a real top performer.

In 2013, Moniek Koenders was the selling broker where I first had the feeling 'that's a fine and pleasant person who really connects with me as an interested buyer'. Coincidentally, she also sold a beautiful house and we came to a purchase agreement with her and the selling party. Last year she helped me super in the purchase of an apartment (my former partner still has the beautiful house). She negotiated strictly and got more off the price than I expected. Meanwhile, I am saying goodbye to the apartment and she sold it for a beautiful price. Whereby the photos were top on funda and she wrote a nice text along with them. She put all the documents in good order. I am happy that I know how pleasant she also is for the selling party. She communicates quickly and pleasantly, gives good advice, has building knowledge in house, a professional network of appraiser and photographer. When me and my new partner go looking for a new house we will definitely approach her again.

23 Jun 2020After a very nice and pleasant first contact, a second appointment was made where a plan would be drawn up. This appointment was cancelled due to illness (which is understandable). Subsequently, no contact possible for 3 weeks even after repeated calls. The agent apparently visited the door several times without leaving a message. Eventually, telephone contact was established and from my side, the request for clearer communication was put forward and a down payment was also agreed upon. After the request for clearer communication, the cooperation was unilaterally terminated by the agent. Lovely situation that is!! First made to wait almost 4 weeks and then cancelled without giving a reason. Very good advertising for your company this 👍

13 Nov 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. For both components, I received excellent assistance and was provided with the correct information, so that the process could be handled easily and quickly and I as a customer could proceed through this process without worries. In particular, the guidance for the mortgage was very good. After the required documentation had been submitted, the entire process proceeded smoothly and simply. There was consideration of other options, so that I as a customer could benefit most. There were also moments when extra work was needed or other adjustments had to be made to get everything finalized. Here too, there was quick response and processing, allowing the complete application to be completed quickly and in one go with the lender. A pleasant organization with people who are happy to help and support you. Also, there is a nice atmosphere on location, making it enjoyable to visit.

In 2018 we met Jeannell in the team of our then purchasing agent and she managed to inspire us even more to move from The Hague to Arnhem. Through brilliant advice, we bought our home. 6 years later it is time for a new chapter and for the sale the choice was clear this time: we want her again! Now she owns her own real estate agency with an amazing team of driven ladies who know how to serve the customer. Attention to detail, transparent communication and especially personal attention. Everything is arranged down to the last detail and we were, are and remain fans. 110% recommended! What a magically fine office this is.

We inform our sellers on how to perform the delivery and inspection. In your case, this did not go well from your side and your broker may have informed you better about it. Again, we serve the interests of the buyer and must safeguard those interests, not yours. Our communication is indeed always clear and straightforward...we don't deliver blabla stories, that’s not the kind of office we are. Ultimately, everything turned out well and that is the most important thing. Don't Worry, be Happy. *** Dear Laleh, we do not recognize ourselves in your review at all and had to search thoroughly. After some investigation, we see that we purchased your property in Schuytgraaf in 2021 for a client, which you were selling through another broker. We don't quite understand where this negative review suddenly comes from two years later. At the time, we handled things very well for our client, which you may not agree with. Without going into details, we can state that our remarks regarding the property and the incorrect delivery of the house by you were certainly justified. The main thing is that our client is extremely satisfied with us, and that was our task in this case. You use aggressive language to embellish the negative aspects. We have never and will never be like that, not even towards you. We are clear and straightforward anyway, especially when it's necessary to safeguard the rights of our client, the buyer in this case. But never rude and always honest. Sometimes third parties find this difficult to deal with, but we don’t make things look prettier than they are. Of course, we strive for 100% satisfaction. It would have been nice if you had indicated that directly in 2021. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this now. We wish you all the best. 27 May 2025As a first-time homebuyer, it can be quite exciting, you're making a life decision. Good guidance is therefore necessary in my opinion. It’s about the entire package: from A to Z. From scheduling viewings and maintaining contact with the selling party, to accompanying you to the property, providing advice on the bid, and the legal review of all documents up to and including completion at the notary's office. Paul and Michael helped me fantastically with that. From the first contact, it felt right: clear, professional and yet personal. They were literally available day and night for me and kept me constantly informed. Thanks to their sharp negotiation skills, I purchased the property below the asking price (when do you hear that nowadays?). I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.
