28 Nov 2023Brigitte sold my property in July 2023. I contacted her for the sale of my own home, after viewing another property where Brigitte was the sales broker. There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

26 Jul 2025I had engaged Mathieu Paul to prepare a valuation report for my property. He had forgotten to take photos of the attic and asked me if I could do that. Since I had to pay € 800.00 for this report, I thought a discount would be appropriate. He was able to offer a € 20.00 discount. For that amount, I thought it better that he come take the photos himself, and he did so after first threatening to return the assignment. This wasn't an option, I think, because VOF Huurlingsedam was the client, not myself. You selected me from a list of appraisers, as prescribed by the rules for this type of appraisal. The landowner/developer is the client for the appraisal. I understand that € 800 is a lot of money. When I discovered that a photo of the attic was missing, something that happens very occasionally and is usually resolved by the owner or resident who then sends me that little photo via WhatsApp, I contacted you and asked if you could take two photos of the attic. You did not agree with this; it was my job, and in principle you are also right about that. You asked if there would be a discount included. I was surprised because I had never experienced this before and suggested a €20 discount. During my visit for the forgotten photo, I tried to express things to each other, to understand what the feeling was for you and for me, to clear the air. Apparently that didn’t succeed. What I also mentioned then is that I like to deal with people in a pleasant way and that I carry out my appraisal fairly. By that I mean getting to an honest appraisal without exaggerating. That applies to every assignment and that's what I stand behind in this situation as well. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. For example, there were some issues with finding an available notary. In the end, our notary was found by the seller's broker. At some point it seemed that two notaries were trying to handle the transfer.

Additionally, he had already gathered various information about my property and was therefore well informed. In consultation, we determined the asking price where he clearly backed his insights and arguments, giving me a good feeling about the proposed selling price and accompanying sales strategy. I am also very satisfied with how the sales process continued: a beautiful brochure was made, I received a clear story about the open days, I always got good feedback on interested parties, and there was always clear communication.

17 Oct 2025Last week we had a viewing with Mr. Baggerman. Great guy! It started with planning the appointment. The staff at the office are friendly and respond quickly. (Unlike many other offices) The appointment was easily arranged. Mr. Jillis was already on time and had all necessary preparations made before we arrived. (You can't always expect that either) Very friendly, open man who knows his stuff. No arrogant attitude or unpleasant behavior but mutual respect. Some real estate agents think they are some kind of god. The viewing was very extensive and certainly not rushed. There was plenty of time and space to thoroughly look at the house and ask questions. Despite choosing another house, we were extremely satisfied and charmed by Jillis. It has nothing to do with the qualities of Jillis, his office or the house since we chose a different location. If needed in the future, we will definitely work with this agency.

Some time ago, we overbid on a house by 105,000 euros, and this realtor refused to pass this on to the seller because eerlijk bieden.nl would be used. A realtor is obliged to pass on EVERY bid. Furthermore, there are now all sorts of defects in the property that he should have reported, but he did not properly inspect the house and did not visit certain rooms, according to him, because things were in the way. So, in other words, this realtor sells a car but isn't sure if it has an engine. We tried to have a conversation with him, but he only comes up with accusations and, even worse, doesn’t have the decency to let you finish speaking. This realtor stated that he would prefer to go to court than we will sort it out. Are there more people with negative experiences with this realtor? I urge you to report here so we can take action together.

06 Nov 2025Wij hebben gekozen voor Vendôme omdat wij graag een kleiner kantoor met een persoonlijkere touch zochten. Die hebben wij zeker gevonden bij Karin en Patrick. Vanaf het eerste contact tot de bredere kennismaking hebben zij ons ondersteund in de zoektocht. Al hebben wij voornamelijk Funda afgespeurd. Bij een eerste bezichtiging en de overweging tot een bod heeft Patrick ons de nodige spiegels voorgehouden om vooral realistisch te bieden en niet te veel te dromen. Bij een tweede woning, die zij ons in het proces al hadden aangeraden, verliep de spiegeling net zoals bij de eerste. Weloverwogen hebben wij toen een realistisch bod uitgebracht en dit bleek het juiste bod te zijn. Tijdens het gehele proces hebben Karin en Patrick ons goed ondersteund, van het zoeken naar een taxatiemakelaar tot en met het doornemen van alle documenten tot en met het meegaan naar de notaris. Voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een makelaarskantoor met persoonlijke benadering, en lekkere Madeleine's, is Vendôme Makelaardij een aanrader.

06 Nov 2025Ik heb het samenwerken met Patrick Iste in deze toch wel stressvolle periode van het kopen van een nieuw huis als zeer prettig ervaren. Patrick heeft een uitstraling van vertrouwen, dat was al tijdens het eerste gesprek duidelijk. De huizenmarkt is voor mij een onbekende wereld, waarin er in relatief korte tijd een beslissing moet worden genomen waar veel geld mee gemoeid is. Dan is het belangrijk dat je samenwerkt met iemand die professioneel en vertrouwenwekkend is, en kennis van zaken heeft. Dat is Patrick Iste absoluut. Voor mij was het heel prettig dat er altijd, op elk tijdstip van de dag, per app gespard kon worden. Patrick reageert snel en handelt attent, alert en accuraat, zowel tijdens het zoeken en het bezichtigen, als tijdens het biedproces, wanneer snel en doortastend handelen al helemaal belangrijk is. Patrick Iste is een betrokken, ervaren en professionele makelaar. Hij heeft er met zijn meedenken en meehelpen voor gezorgd dat ik in deze hectische periode met vertrouwen heb kunnen handelen en beslissen.

Hij was erg geduldig met ons tijdens de bezichtigingen van diverse panden en toonde een hoge mate van professionaliteit tijdens de bouwkundige inspecties. Hij was ook zeer grondig in het beoordelen van locaties en gaf nauwkeurige schattingen van de extra investering die nodig was na de aankoop van een huis.
