The real estate agent turned out to be unable to sell our house. Eventually switched to Entree Realtors. Unlike the previous realtor, Jan really put in effort to sell the house. Within a week it was settled. There were even multiple interested parties. Coincidence, we don’t think so. Jan was enthusiastic about our house and we believe that this partly contributed to the fact that our house sold quickly with this realtor. Jan and Susan, thank you for everything.

There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. Highly recommended!

We had contact three times regarding the purchase of a property. During these contacts, it was repeatedly stated that we 'would have to overbid' and that we 'should consider' the asking price as a starting price. When many people are interested in a property and hear this message multiple times, you naturally know what will happen. A sad state of affairs.

Now that the process is completed, we can say that Sander together with the entire team at the office have done an absolutely fantastic job!! Not only did Sander, through his expertise and enthusiasm, really achieve the maximum sales result, but also the professional and personal guidance around this process left nothing to be desired. An example of the integrity of this real estate agent is the use of the platform Fair Bidding and personally calling everyone and thanking them for their bids. We have experience with Jillis in the sale of our house and purchase of our new house and appraisal. All went very nicely. We would definitely recommend Jillis and his office.
