There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. 26 Jul 2025I had engaged Mathieu Paul to prepare a valuation report for my property. He had forgotten to take photos of the attic and asked me if I could do that. Since I had to pay € 800.00 for this report, I thought a discount would be appropriate. He was able to offer a € 20.00 discount. For that amount, I thought it better that he come take the photos himself, and he did so after first threatening to return the assignment. This wasn't an option, I think, because VOF Huurlingsedam was the client, not myself. When he came to take these two photos, he still wanted to know why I couldn’t do it myself, that he always likes to be in good contact with people and always tries not to overdo the valuation. Now? It was an unpleasant experience for me.

Dear Tom, I'm sorry you experienced the circumstances as unpleasant. I honestly hesitated whether I should respond and if this was the right medium for it. Not to assert my correctness, because it’s not about being right but about each other's interpretation, but precisely out of respect. Because silence could also convey something that I wouldn’t want: as if I don’t care what you think of it. On the contrary, that is why I would still like to give a brief explanation. You selected me from a list of appraisers, as prescribed by the rules for this type of appraisal. The landowner/developer is the client for the appraisal. I understand that € 800 is a lot of money. At the same time, I would also like to explain, as you know, that you pay half of that and the landowner/developer pays the other half. This too is arranged in the regulations. When I discovered that a photo of the attic was missing, something that happens very occasionally and is usually resolved by the owner or resident who then sends me that little photo via WhatsApp, I contacted you and asked if you could take two photos of the attic. You did not agree with this; it was my job, and in principle you are also right about that. You asked if there would be a discount included. I was surprised because I had never experienced this before and suggested a €20 discount. That didn't meet your wishes, after which you indicated that I should just come by myself for the photo of the attic. Which I did the next day. The tone of our contact at that moment, which I did not experience as pleasant and surprised me, made me suggest giving back the assignment if necessary. Not out of resistance, and not as a pressure tactic but because I genuinely believe in pleasant cooperation without hassle and with trust in each other. During my visit for the forgotten photo, I tried to express things to each other, to understand what the feeling was for you and for me, to clear the air. Apparently that didn’t succeed. What I also mentioned then is that I like to deal with people in a pleasant way and that I carry out my appraisal fairly. By that I mean getting to an honest appraisal without exaggerating. That applies to every assignment and that's what I stand behind in this situation as well. 26 Sep 2025As buyers who dealt with Joop van Mourik Real Estate. Unfortunately had an extremely bad experience with Joop Jr. After the excellent tour of the house began the great silence. Never calls back and does not respond to emails. Ladies from the office promise time after time that Joop will call back, but unfortunately: Joop never calls. Not once. Joop apparently has no interest in selling a property that has been on the market for at least 3 months or even contacting about it. Joop goes on vacation and would really call back after his vacation. Unfortunately, not a SINGLE response. Also rather peculiar that nobody takes over during his absence… The lack of communication skills I see pass by more often in reviews. Apparently, Joop Jr can only communicate when he wants to. That seems worth the effort for a house with an asking price of nearly 900,000,- in this case. Scandalous and rude way of working. One star is still too much, unfortunately there's no option for zero stars….

29 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. Additionally, he had already gathered various information about my property and was therefore well informed. 17 Oct 2025Last week we had a viewing with Mr. Baggerman. Great guy! It started with planning the appointment. The staff at the office are friendly and respond quickly. (Unlike many other offices) The appointment was easily arranged. Mr. Jillis was already on time and had all necessary preparations made before we arrived. (You can't always expect that either) Very friendly, open man who knows his stuff. No arrogant attitude or unpleasant behavior but mutual respect. Some real estate agents think they are some kind of god. The viewing was very extensive and certainly not rushed. There was plenty of time and space to thoroughly look at the house and ask questions. Despite choosing another house, we were extremely satisfied and charmed by Jillis. It has nothing to do with the qualities of Jillis, his office or the house since we chose a different location. If needed in the future, we will definitely work with this agency.

Some time ago, we overbid on a house by 105,000 euros, and this realtor refused to pass this on to the seller because eerlijk bieden.nl would be used. A realtor is obliged to pass on EVERY bid. Furthermore, there are now all sorts of defects in the property that he should have reported, but he did not properly inspect the house and did not visit certain rooms, according to him, because things were in the way. So, in other words, this realtor sells a car but isn't sure if it has an engine. We tried to have a conversation with him, but he only comes up with accusations and, even worse, doesn’t have the decency to let you finish speaking. This realtor stated that he would prefer to go to court than we will sort it out. Are there more people with negative experiences with this realtor? I urge you to report here so we can take action together.

Patrick has an aura of trust, which was already clear during the first conversation. The housing market is for me an unknown world in which a decision has to be made within relatively short time, involving a lot of money. Then it is important that you collaborate with someone who is professional and trustworthy, and has business knowledge. That is Patrick Iste absolutely. For me it was very pleasant that there was always, at any time of the day, a possibility to chat via app. Patrick reacts quickly and acts attentively, alertly and accurately, both during the searching and viewing, as well as during the bidding process, when quick and resolute action is especially important. Patrick Iste is an involved, experienced and professional real estate agent. He has made sure with his empathy and willingness to help that I could act and decide with confidence during this hectic period.
