There, she conveyed all the information well and her friendly and persuasive personality appealed to me very much. Within a day, Brigitte already came by and two days later my apartment was already on funda with beautiful photos and a video. Viewings could be scheduled quickly. The end result? The property was sold within 1.5 weeks after being listed on funda for an amount I wouldn't have dared to hope for. I want to recommend Brigitte with 5 stars, she is truly a breath of fresh air, communicates super clearly and quickly, and you can feel that she really wants to work for you and the sale of your house. 04 Aug 2025I had engaged Mathieu Paul to prepare a valuation report for my property. He had forgotten to take photos of the attic and asked me if I could do that. Since I had to pay € 800.00 for this report, I thought a discount would be appropriate. He was able to offer a € 20.00 discount. For that amount, I thought it better that he come take the photos himself, and he did so after first threatening to return the assignment. This wasn't an option, I think, because VOF Huurlingsedam was the client, not myself. What I also mentioned then is that I like to deal with people in a pleasant way and that I carry out my appraisal fairly. By that I mean getting to an honest appraisal without exaggerating. That applies to every assignment and that's what I stand behind in this situation as well. Never calls back and does not respond to emails. Ladies from the office promise time after time that Joop will call back, but unfortunately: Joop never calls. Not once. Joop apparently has no interest in selling a property that has been on the market for at least 3 months or even contacting about it. Joop goes on vacation and would really call back after his vacation. Unfortunately, not a SINGLE response. Also rather peculiar that nobody takes over during his absence… The lack of communication skills I see pass by more often in reviews. Apparently, Joop Jr can only communicate when he wants to. That seems worth the effort for a house with an asking price of nearly 900,000,- in this case. Scandalous and rude way of working. One star is still too much, unfortunately there's no option for zero stars….
