After making the necessary preparations, Maurice came up with four potential buyers from his own network and within 1 week the sale was a fact! So before our house appeared on funda. During the process, we were surprised by his clear explanation, his approach, his enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject matter. Indeed, he is more of an intermediary, a connector and point of contact, and all that for a very pleasant price. Maurice gives a completely contemporary interpretation to the traditional concept of a broker.

With Maurice, you don't need a real estate agent! That's absolutely true! The way Maurice handled the sale is really different from how a traditional real estate agent works. And I can say that after having sold several houses myself. So nice that he aligns with you beforehand about how he will proceed and that he gave clear feedback immediately after each viewing (and there were many). He also kept in contact with the potential buyers, which I have sometimes seen differently. He is very accessible, straightforward, and outside of standard office hours, which works really well. Truly recommended if you want to sell your house!
