Maurice does things just a little differently than the other real estate agents. He is transparent about what he does and asks for, and is (almost) always reachable, even outside of office hours. He also scheduled all the viewings on one day during the weekend. This resulted in a quick sale with a very good result. His personal approach is very pleasant, as if he's only concerned with your house. Highly recommended!
We 'discovered' Maurice through his nice descriptions on funda. After getting acquainted, it turned out that he is not only a poet, but above all very good at his job. Maurice committed himself 100%, both for us as sellers, but also for the potential buyers. We received good tips and he sent a top photographer our way. He scheduled the viewings in rapid succession during the weekends (really ideal!). Together with his wife Birgit, he gave the buyers a pleasant feeling (as we later heard). I give everyone who is selling (or going to sell) a house binding advice: (sell or go to sell) your house with Maurice!!

Indeed, he is more of an intermediary, a connector and point of contact, and all that for a very pleasant price. Maurice gives a completely contemporary interpretation to the traditional concept of a broker.
Maurice advised us on the sale of an apartment in Nijmegen-Oost. In the current market, it is not so difficult to sell a house, but at what price should this happen? With Maurice, you don't need a real estate agent! That's absolutely true! The way Maurice handled the sale is really different from how a traditional real estate agent works. And I can say that after having sold several houses myself. So nice that he aligns with you beforehand about how he will proceed and that he gave clear feedback immediately after each viewing (and there were many). He also kept in contact with the potential buyers, which I have sometimes seen differently. He is very accessible, straightforward, and outside of standard office hours, which works really well. Truly recommended if you want to sell your house!
