Maurice does things just a little differently than the other real estate agents. He is transparent about what he does and asks for, and is (almost) always reachable, even outside of office hours. He also scheduled all the viewings on one day during the weekend. This resulted in a quick sale with a very good result. His personal approach is very pleasant, as if he's only concerned with your house. Highly recommended!

We 'discovered' Maurice through his nice descriptions on funda. After getting acquainted, it turned out that he is not only a poet, but above all very good at his job.
