Probably a good real estate agent, but part of the problem for buyers. If you haven't hired a friendly buyer's broker from Pulles, you won't have a realistic chance of getting a viewing. They send new houses they are selling first to friendly brokers; only a few days later do they (symbolically) put them on Funda. By that time, the viewings are usually already full. In this way, they force interested buyers to hire a friendly buyer's broker, good for their business but quite unethical in my opinion. Not all brokers do this; some work with a lottery or place the property on Funda at the same time as on the internal friendly broker system. It is therefore a conscious choice of Pulles to be part of the problem.
