What incompetence is running around here. Through a new construction project, we unfortunately have to do business with them. Questions I ask for the contractor are simply not answered, even though they promise to do so, repeatedly. The gentleman only came up with a floor plan drawing and brochure at the end of the conversation… unprofessional. He couldn’t find the floor plan drawing of our specific option amidst all the clutter in the office. When I asked questions about payment terms, he started stammering a story and I had to remind him that he surely would have a clear document for that... Still a vague story, so we quickly let the house pass us by. No confidence in this business. Cel Hermsen could also work on his handshake; such a limp hand doesn’t inspire much confidence to begin with.
