I often hear people say that you can easily sell your house yourself, but we think differently about that. 21 Oct 2024From the beginning, I already had a good feeling about Woonhart. Initially invited because I know Twan from the soccer club, but I also invited another real estate agent. During the introduction, Woonhart really stood out. Hans had already created a kind of presentation of my house (and not brought an example of a different house), so I could immediately see how eea would look like. The photoshoot that was offered with them was also great! I had styled the house myself and still received additional tips from the photographer. The photos were incredibly beautiful. What was nice is that Woonhart is very flexible and also keeps me in the loop. Their plan was also clear. Both in terms of price and offering it on the market. They already had a few people who had missed out earlier in the neighborhood and were contacted by them. All in all, my house only stayed for sale for 2 weeks and was sold for a beautiful price. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was on vacation, Woonhart had the key, and when I returned it was sold. You couldn't ask for better than that. Even after the sale, they remained involved. Everything went through a digital file. So no stress to get buyer and seller together at a suitable moment. Everyone could arrange that in their own time. They were with us until the notary. The entire process was therefore incredibly fast and smooth. Within a month, we bought a house with Jillis and sold our house. All in all, a very pleasant experience and definitely recommendable.

From the first contact to the end, they guide you through everything, they are very involved and helpful. I am extremely forgetful, which means things can sometimes get overlooked, but Arman helped me through this well, nothing is too much for these men. It doesn't matter how late it is or what day it is, they are always there and they are also incredibly fun, kind and funny. I recommend it to everyone, you really want to live with Rutger!! :))
