Communication from both real estate agents is very difficult. There was supposed to be an agreement between seller and buyer, which unfortunately means the property is no longer available. Half a month later, I was called and it turned out that viewings were suddenly being planned again and the situation was re-evaluated. I received absolutely no notification about this, even though interest in the property had been clearly expressed. Requested to email the brochure and documents for the property, promised, never received. Expressed interest in another property, and they indicated that the documents and permits still didn't match and you would have to wait a bit longer. “Just keep an eye on the site” and it’s dismissed like that... Looks good and fun on social media, but very difficult communication… You put your house up for sale through this real estate agent and potential buyers are not heard. Good luck with the sale then!

Since I had to pay € 800.00 for this report, I thought a discount would be appropriate. He was able to offer a € 20.00 discount. Professioneel team. Nemen goed van elkaar over. Uitstekende kennis van de markt, waardoor ze prima vraagprijs vaststelde. Goed netwerk/exposure waardoor feitelijk in 1-2 weken de koop rond was. Transparant over diensten en kosten. Uitstekende begeleiding tijdens het hele proces (van intake tot notaris).

Makelaar heeft bij het verkopen van een woning zowel in de brochure als op de omschrijving in Funda foutieve informatie gezet. Zo beweerde de makelaar dat er hoog rendement beglazing aanwezig was op de 1e verdieping wat achteraf niet waar bleek te zijn. Het is uiteraard schandalig dat een makelaar dit soort informatie zomaar plaatst zonder te fact checken. Toen ik ze hier op heb aangesproken hebben ze niet eens hun excuses aangeboden.

Wat een fantastische ervaring met Remko Stevens Makelaardij! Het hele traject rondom de verkoop van ons huis aan de Bellefleur in Zetten is ontzettend snel en soepel verlopen.
