Vriendelijke, persoonlijke makelaar. Laagdrempelig te bereiken, soms mogen acties iets helderder uitgesproken worden (bijvoorbeeld het plaatsen van het bord in onze tuin), maar bovenal prettige samenwerking met de verkoop van ons huis.

Het hele proces van de verkoop is uitstekend verlopen en makelaar was altijd beschikbaar voor vragen en advies.

Geen greintje professionaliteit. We gingen informeren naar een woning die we in de omgeving van Renkum wilden kopen. De persoon die ons te woord stond was onbeleefd en onvriendelijk. Ze vroeg of we wel genoeg geld hadden voor een huis en hoeveel. Ik was met mijn jonge dochter, die nog geen 30 is, en ze wuifde haar meteen weg en stuurde ons door naar een hypotheekverstrekker. Ze liet me niet eens uitleggen dat we een aanzienlijk bedrag hadden, omdat we onlangs een woning in Spanje hadden verkocht. We zullen absoluut niets meer bij dit makelaarskantoor kopen.

Contact was exceptional. He went to great lengths to guide the sale smoothly. Every phone call, email, or message was answered quickly. Most valuable was that he listened well to the problems and the fantastic personal communication.

The real estate agent was available on short notice and provided good tips on site, and also arranged (without obligation) a company that could help completely empty the house on short notice. Furthermore, good explanation of the procedure and consistently clear telephone feedback and good advice throughout the sales process. Also very helpful to occasionally visit the property to check if everything was still in order (I live 1.5 hours drive from the property). Nice…

This is the second time that we have contacted timmer real estate agency, once upon arrival and now for a sale again we are very satisfied again, good advice and everything arranged neatly again. Everything great.

Urgent advice: stay far away from this office. Narcissism at its peak. You are lied to in your face and strung along for weeks, because who knows, they might still try to sell you a property (in which you have absolutely no interest). Disgraceful. NVM: are you reading this? My response to the answer from T&T Makelaars: 1. I am not talking about telephone contact moments anywhere, but about all moments. Including the 3 minutes (!) we were present at your office yesterday. We almost left immediately then, because it turned out that we had come to the office for a property that had already been sold (which I incidentally inquired about by phone that same morning!). Clearly with the intention of pushing an remaining terraced house onto us. Scan-da-lig! 2. We never asked to have a building number reserved for us for weeks. However, we did ask if you could inform us by telephone in case of other seriously interested parties. That was promised and not done. We were very serious about this property (Don Bosco in Renkum, nr. 38) and intended to purchase it. It's bizarre when it turns out that you have been on the bench all along (the 'new' buyers didn't actually appear out of thin air..) and strung along. Missed several viewings and options because we were going for this property. Truly unheard of. 3. Nothing has ever been communicated to us multiple times. Stop with the lies! Learn to treat people respectfully and stick to your code of honor. 4. One more tip: it's not done (AVG, are you familiar?) to show personal data and communication between you and the buyer (of nr. 38) to outsiders (us). Besides the fact that your lies became even less credible by showing a printed email exchange, you violate privacy legislation. You, as the owner, should definitely know that.

Deze makelaar moet je echt vermijden. Mijn vrouw en ik waren geïnteresseerd in een huis in Renkum. We zijn gaan kijken en hebben alles besproken met de makelaar (dhr. D.H.). Omdat we geïnteresseerd waren in de woning, hebben we hem dezelfde dag nog (vrijdag) een e-mail gestuurd waarin we aangaven dat we bereid waren om maandag een bod uit te brengen, nadat we alle laatste twijfels hadden weggenomen. Op maandag hebben we hem meerdere keren gebeld en gemaild, maar hij heeft nooit gereageerd. We hebben toen rechtstreeks contact opgenomen met het makelaarskantoor en de secretaresse vertelde ons dat het huis al verkocht was, terwijl de makelaar ons tijdens het bezoek had verzekerd dat hij tot maandag zou wachten met het accepteren van een bod. Op ons verzoek om opheldering hebben we geen antwoord van hem ontvangen. Het ergste is dat het huis na drie weken nog steeds te koop staat. We dachten dat dit gedrag te maken had met het feit dat we expats zijn, maar na overleg met veel Nederlandse vrienden blijkt hun onvermogen om goed met klanten om te gaan bij iedereen hetzelfde te zijn.

Great company, real professionals. If you contact them because you want to rent a house they have listed on the site, and you indicate that you need to move out of your house in a month and a half, you will quickly be shown around and immediately state during the viewing that you want to rent it, they will simply make you wait 3 weeks for an answer. No extra effort, no extra phone calls, they do absolutely nothing for you. Out of the box is not in the book with these people. Luckily there are also good real estate agents, so I don't have to go to the Salvation Army at the end of the month. You can choose; do yourself a favor and don't choose these amateurs. 2 stars, because the viewing did sort of go well.

When you are looking for a real estate agent, you definitely shouldn't go with this one. We bought a house through these crooks. Actually, buying another house should be a really nice thing, but with this real estate agent it became a disappointment. Doesn't keep appointments, only things they consider important need to be done and in the way they want otherwise you’ll get a big mouth from them. We never want to do business with them again, especially not with G. Timmer That these people are allowed to call themselves NVM real estate agents!!

Unfortunately, this agency does not adhere to privacy laws. Various personal details and financial documents are requested even before you know whether you are allowed to view the property. According to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Authority for Personal Data), in the phase preceding the viewing of the property, real estate agents may only request contact information. Not everyone is aware of this, and it is being abused. A shame!

Recently purchased a house through this real estate agent. We had a complaint, but were not taken seriously. G. Timmer was called several times and a message was left, but he never called back. Once the signature is placed, you receive no further service at all. We will never use this office again!
