Very dissatisfied with Zaat Vastgoed, especially Huub. We rented a property that was simply 'shoved' at us without being properly informed about the many hidden defects. After moving in, we discovered that the overhead door doesn't work, all sun blinds are broken, there are leaks, and we are dealing with serious sewer blockages. It feels as if we were scammed by this real estate agent, and we ultimately had to hire a lawyer. Absolutely a bad experience and I would not recommend this company or realtor to anyone.

Now that I am telling my story in the Huissen/Bemmel area, I hear many more people who have experienced similar things with this real estate agent. The housing market is already very difficult for first-time buyers, but this kind of shady real estate tactics only makes it worse.

1 star is still too much!!! Bad and incompetent brokers. During viewings, very essential information is withheld. Let highly interested buyers spend thousands of euros on research and then, after ¾ years of negotiation etc., come up with clauses that put the whole thing in a different light. This essential information should have been reported directly during the viewing! Ultimately, the purchase did not go ahead, but there was no form of compensation or willingness to help find a solution. Instead, they become even more arrogant, what a bad company that doesn't even deserve 1 star!

Trying, like many other brokers, to slyly get interested buyers to bid against themselves. When questions are asked after purchase about things that may not be as they should be, there is no response.

One of the worst real estate agents we have ever experienced. When viewing a property offered by this agent, they were more preoccupied with their mobile phone than with us. Ultimately, we made an offer and never heard back. Strange!!! No counteroffer...no rejection...NOTHING!!! After repeatedly calling them ourselves, we decided to drop the house. Luckily, we still found our dream home!!! Normally I don't like to mention names...but it was a property on Winterdijk in Huissen. Hopefully you can see who this incompetent person was and take action!!! We will never buy/sell with this real estate agent!!! TIP: Don't choose this agent for selling. There are more complaints than positive aspects. Don't fall for it! One star is too much...
