We would buy a house at millseweg 5 beers. We have been strung along for over a month by the real estate agent and sellers. First, the offer was verbally accepted, and now we are being strung along again because they have scheduled new showings at the end of the month and hope that someone will bid more than our ....asking price. In this overwintering market where we had a beautiful property for sale. Only a small handful of people came to look and we received only 1 offer. The way we offered our property was bad. A 'for sale' sign stood in the garden for over a week. Without the property being registered with funda. The house simply couldn't be found anywhere. Do you really want to 'sell' your house? Martijn gets everything out of it that's inside. Good honest guidance, a bit commercial, but that's allowed and you don't hire them for nothing anyway. Good photography, media etc. You see them everywhere in Cuijk, says enough, right ;)

We were in a situation where the sellers mistakenly weren't home for the key during a scheduled viewing. The real estate agent then took little initiative to make the best of it, was insecure and wanted to leave quickly. Subsequently, we encountered another group for a viewing who had not been informed and had to call themselves why no one (anymore) was present. Messy and unprofessional handling.
