It would have been nice if we had received clearer tips in advance regarding the handover of our sold house. We acted to the best of our knowledge, but apparently that was not sufficient. Smedema wanted nothing to do with our criticism. That the list of items from the office was incorrect on three (!) occasions, was extremely sloppy.
