When it seemed like things were going to go wrong with the selected buyer, forward-thinking was applied in follow-up steps, I received explanations regarding the legal rules and regular updates on the status of affairs. The entire office is familiar with the matters and can keep you informed. It was a pleasant collaboration with good results! (Purchase 2021) Very well assisted in purchasing my first home. Marcel provided expert guidance during viewings and the entire purchase process, quick responses when I had questions, had short lines of communication with selling agents or with the internal mortgage advisor. In addition, the value of the house was estimated very sharply, equal to the value of the appraiser! I experienced a very pleasant collaboration!

Date unknownI cannot recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's agent, unfortunately. For the high cost price, you can hope that they will respond to a simple question such as when you pay them (separately or at the notary), however, I would have to ask the notary that. When I asked if they had reviewed the purchase agreement, they reacted dismissively because it was just a standard contract and didn't need to be read. However, there were several non-standard extra sections. Many recommended third parties such as notary, building inspection, and appraisal were poorly regarded and not worth recommending overall. Overall, I don’t feel like I was well supported in buying my house and I am of the opinion that the costs have not been balanced with the services provided. I will avoid this real estate agent in the future. Edit 26-09-2024: Response to Rob from Disbergen: This is certainly not a misunderstanding but happened some years ago. I submitted a long complaint email at the time. It was then forwarded to the relevant real estate agent and nothing further was done about it. Given that I still find this unpleasant and you didn’t do anything about it back then, even though there was an opportunity, I am now posting this review to warn others. As confirmation that it is the correct office, the involved realtor was Marcel T.

Date unknownHad mij wel een betere service van deze prutser van een zogenaamde 'NVM makelaar' (Bob) voorgesteld en ook verwacht. Er werd zelfs geen brochure gemaakt v.d. verkoop. Kortom hij was zijn courtage totaal niet waard. Hij heeft ook achter mijn rug met de bank gebeld. Ik heb spijt als haren op mijn hoofd dat ik hem de opdracht had gegeven. Of we maar even bij opdracht tot dienstverlening alvast maar even bij het kruisje wilde tekenen. Verder had ik als opdrachtgever totaal niets te vertellen c.q. in te brengen. Zijn wil was tijdens het gehele aankoop -verkoop proces wet! Hij wilde eigenlijk ook niet meewerken aan de open huizen dag, alleen na drang. Die was daarom al bij voorbaat gedoemd te mislukken. Met die z.g. evaluatiegesprek na afloop v.d. open huizen dag heeft hij gewoon voor kennisneming aangenomen terwijl mijn appartement allang verkocht had kunnen zijn als hij maar zijn best daarvoor had gedaan! Hij durfde op het einde nog te zeggen/beweren dat het bod dat werd uit gebracht op mijn appartement gewoon te hoog was en die heeft ook verkwanselden dit terwijl er een grote woningnoot is. Hij heeft verder heel duidelijk laten blijken dat hij eigenlijk niet geïnteresseerd was in de opdracht! Kortom het was echt totaal géén prettige samenwerking in tegendeel!

Date unknownAfter having bought and sold 2 houses with the help of a real estate agent, I can say that I have gained considerable experience with this professional group. When I was tasked with selling my stepmother's house, I became wiser (and after some research) invited 3 real estate agents on one day. The lesson I learned is this: don't choose the real estate agent you get along best with (or the one with a low commission), but the real estate agent who gets along well with the house. For example, to my question that day about whether the beautiful parquet flooring on all floors could be 'thrown into the battle', I received the standard answer that the spoiled generation of today would break it out immediately. One more real estate agent to go, I no longer felt like it. Then Bob walked in. Without me having asked anything, he indicated that after sanding and white-staining the beautiful parquet flooring, this would certainly increase the market value. And so it went enthusiastically on with all sorts of creative and useful suggestions (in this case, empty the entire house: looks much more modern and less dark). He turned out to be able to listen (!) and skilled. As the only real estate agent, he also wanted to see the garages at the end. And that Bob Jacobs is a damn fine guy is irrelevant in the context of this review. What applied to Bob seemed to apply to the entire Soeteman office (Susanne thanks for all the nice dots on the i's). The house and the 5 garages never saw Funda. Within no time, everything was sold without any negotiation whatsoever, through the strong network and skills of Soeteman real estate agency, at the ambitious asking price that I had determined in the “pre-Funda” process. Bob and the office chapeau, there is only one king in Nijmegen and surrounding areas, and that is Soeteman Real Estate!

Ze zijn zeer professioneel en van alles op de hoogte wat er speelt op de markt. Daarnaast was Mark een ontzettend fijne, kundige en empathische makelaar die ons met raad en daad heeft bijgestaan. Bovendien hebben we met zijn gevoel voor humor ook veel kunnen lachen, naast de emotionele kant die ook bij de verkoop van een woning hoort en hij goed begreep. Oskar Engelsman is een paar keer bij ons thuis geweest, heeft ons nog handige tips gegeven om de verkoop nog meer te laten vlotten en dit gaf een onwijs goed resultaat. Onwijs vriendelijk kantoor waar je met alle vragen terecht kon. De verkoop ging onwijs vlot.

Vanaf eerste minuut was het gevoel goed, en dat bewees zich tot de laatste minuut bij de notaris. Uiteraard en belangrijk was de goede deal. Maar ook de getoonde flexibiliteit was erg fijn.

This young man was very concerned with my wishes and came up with excellent creative ideas for both purchase and sale tailored to my situation. Through him, we sold our house in Nijmegen from a distance of 140 kilometers from Maastricht within 2 weeks and at a very good price. Without ever having had personal contact. Everything was arranged, initiated, and completed by him via telephone and email to our full satisfaction. I found the contact with Bart remotely very pleasant. Bart comes across as neat, keeps his appointments, gives good advice, and quickly and accurately provides feedback on results. In short: Bart, chapeau!

Date unknownWhat a terrible organization. Broken into our 'secured garage' for the second time in a year tonight. If you ask for a camera installation or a door that isn't simply unscrewed, you are told to put your problem with Hestia. Time for legal action.
