What was extra special for us is that they were willing to go the extra mile: even during the holidays — while the office was officially closed — they were available for us and helped us with various matters. Bob is also willing to be critical when necessary and sometimes even plays devil's advocate – exactly what you need to make a good purchase. Communication always went smoothly with short lines. We received good advice and implemented the right bidding strategy to successfully buy our house. In the current housing market, a buyer's agent is indispensable and I am incredibly glad that we chose Bob from Soeteman. I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!
