23 Feb 2025For speed or to act within a reasonable timeframe or even give a response, you should not go with Burgers. They were the selling agent for our house. There turned out to be a leak that was supposedly 'resolved', but it wasn't resolved. Contacted and now waiting almost a week for an answer, with excuses every time. The same experience during the sales process, the agent not present, he will call you back, no response from the selling party etc etc etc... Man man man, we ultimately just solved everything ourselves because their carrier pigeon with an answer has probably perished. If you choose this agency, I hope you have a lot of patience!

Speaks on behalf of parties without prior consultation. Difficult to make clear and concise agreements with them.

Moreno knows which houses are the hot properties and which ones require a more cautious approach. He adapts the bidding strategy accordingly, of course everything in consultation with you. Incredibly exciting, but he was absolutely right! He protects you from bids that a property isn't worth. After we had purchased our dream home, we didn’t have to think about who would sell our 'old' house: Moreno! That also went super well. But why Moreno and his team and not another real estate agent? Simply because you get genuinely honest advice in your interest from them. They are involved, know what your wishes are and act accordingly. It is a modern real estate agency that delightfully stays true to themselves. No expensive suit, snakeskin shoes or complicated words, but jeans, sneakers and clear language. Partly thanks to the quick switching with Thomas after the last viewing, it was possible to purchase the house. Subsequently, Luuk provided me with excellent advice when taking out the mortgage. 30 Mar 2025Due to the purchase of a new-build home in Groessen, I was reliant on a collaboration with Zigt Real Estate & Mortgage Advice for the purchase of the property and related mortgage advice. For both components, I received excellent assistance and was provided with the correct information, so that the process could be handled easily and quickly and I as a customer could proceed through this process without worries. In particular, the guidance for the mortgage was very good. After the required documentation had been submitted, the entire process proceeded smoothly and simply. There was consideration of other options, so that I as a customer could benefit most. There were also moments when extra work was needed or other adjustments had to be made to get everything finalized. Here too, there was quick response and processing, allowing the complete application to be completed quickly and in one go with the lender. A pleasant organization with people who are happy to help and support you. Also, there is a nice atmosphere on location, making it enjoyable to visit.

Arman really helped us out, listened to our wishes and is simply a great host. 19 Dec 2024This realtor does his name justice! Living with Rutger is literally living with Rutger; these guys don't lose you for a moment. From the first contact to the end, they guide you through everything, they are very involved and helpful. I am extremely forgetful, which means things can sometimes get overlooked, but Arman helped me through this well, nothing is too much for these men. It doesn't matter how late it is or what day it is, they are always there and they are also incredibly fun, kind and funny. I recommend it to everyone, you really want to live with Rutger!! :))
