07 Feb 2025For speed or to act within a reasonable timeframe or even give a response, you should not go with Burgers. They were the selling agent for our house. There turned out to be a leak that was supposedly 'resolved', but it wasn't resolved. Contacted and now waiting almost a week for an answer, with excuses every time. The same experience during the sales process, the agent not present, he will call you back, no response from the selling party etc etc etc... Man man man, we ultimately just solved everything ourselves because their carrier pigeon with an answer has probably perished. If you choose this agency, I hope you have a lot of patience!

Speaks on behalf of parties without prior consultation. Difficult to make clear and concise agreements with them.

When it seemed like things were going to go wrong with the selected buyer, forward-thinking was applied in follow-up steps, I received explanations regarding the legal rules and regular updates on the status of affairs. The entire office is familiar with the matters and can keep you informed. It was a pleasant collaboration with good results! (Purchase 2021) Very well assisted in purchasing my first home. Marcel provided expert guidance during viewings and the entire purchase process, quick responses when I had questions, had short lines of communication with selling agents or with the internal mortgage advisor. In addition, the value of the house was estimated very sharply, equal to the value of the appraiser! I experienced a very pleasant collaboration!

Date unknownI cannot recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's agent, unfortunately. For the high cost price, you can hope that they will respond to a simple question such as when you pay them (separately or at the notary), however, I would have to ask the notary that. When I asked if they had reviewed the purchase agreement, they reacted dismissively because it was just a standard contract and didn't need to be read. However, there were several non-standard extra sections. Many recommended third parties such as notary, building inspection, and appraisal were poorly regarded and not worth recommending overall. Overall, I don’t feel like I was well supported in buying my house and I am of the opinion that the costs have not been balanced with the services provided. I will avoid this real estate agent in the future. Edit 26-09-2024: Response to Rob from Disbergen: This is certainly not a misunderstanding but happened some years ago. I submitted a long complaint email at the time. It was then forwarded to the relevant real estate agent and nothing further was done about it. Given that I still find this unpleasant and you didn’t do anything about it back then, even though there was an opportunity, I am now posting this review to warn others. As confirmation that it is the correct office, the involved realtor was Marcel T.

In addition, his marketing formula to 'put our house in the market' proved to be very successful: a flashy home tour on TikTok/Instagram resulted in +/- 100,000 views; on Funda there was an extended home tour where we also received many positive reactions. Rutger presents very naturally, and that makes it pleasant to watch. In addition, Rutger has a nice team around him, which made the whole experience very enjoyable and personal. Ultimately, our property was sold quickly and for a good price.
