Ik was een appartement in Nijmegen aan het bezichtigen en deze makelaar was onbeleefd. Toen ik vragen stelde, zei hij alleen maar: "Het staat in de documenten" (ik heb ze wel doorgenomen, maar ik kan me niet alle details herinneren). Hij vertelde me ook pas anderhalf uur later, tijdens de bezichtiging, wat de deadline voor het indienen van een bod vergrootte, waardoor ik me erg onder druk gezet voelde. Hij zei overal "nee, kan niet" op zonder enige goede uitleg en was afwijzend. Ik heb nog nooit zo'n negatieve bezichtiging meegemaakt.

Zeer prettig contact met Vincent van Breukelen. Hij communiceert helder, direct en transparant. Hetgeen hij zegt sluit aan bij wat bij doet. Betrouwbaar dus. Hij is ook snel met reageren.
