What a great help we had from vind makelaardij. We were well helped and guided in the purchase of our new house. This had to be done at a rapid pace. Thanks to your efforts, everything was arranged so incredibly quickly that we didn't have to worry about it. When selling our house, vind makelaardij gave us tactics to deal with it properly. We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

We would buy a house at millseweg 5 beers. We have been strung along for over a month by the real estate agent and sellers. First, the offer was verbally accepted, and now we are being strung along again because they have scheduled new showings at the end of the month and hope that someone will bid more than our ....asking price. We contacted the realtor ourselves; if we hadn't, we wouldn't have heard anything from them. This is an unsocial way of doing business. We find it scandalous that the real estate agent goes along with this with the selling party. Regards

Very bad dishonest realtor. Pretends to be friendly and perfect but lies through his teeth about the properties of a house, location, condition, etc., to send buyers on a wild goose chase. Never again! Also disgusting those fake 5-star reviews.
