We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

Ook tijdens een bezichtiging vertelde hij dat hij een ander huis zou krijgen ook daarvan niets vernomen….Echts waardeloos. —————————————- Even een reactie op uw reactie. Nu lijkt het of het eenmalig fout is gegaan en of het een kleine interne fout is. Wij hebben wel 15x (niet overdreven) contact met jullie opgenomen en steeds werd er gezegd hij belt terug. Het is een structureel probleem waar jullie nog een hoop winst uit kunnen halen.

04 Oct 2025Door een fijn verlopen aankooptraject hebben we voor deze makelaar gekozen. Het maken van de verkoopfoto's verliep vlot (binnen 2 weken) en ze zijn zeer sfeervol geworden. Makelaar heeft gedurende ons verkooptraject een fijn contact met ons onderhouden. Move was wat ons betreft een overzichtelijke digitale manier van communiceren waarin ook de bezichtigingen terug te vinden waren. De makelaar belde altijd ook nog even om ons persoonlijk te informeren. Zo wisten we wanneer er een gepland stond en konden we het ook digitaal terugvinden. Als we belden werden we fijn te woord gestaan en teruggebeld als er een andere bespreking was. Van ontwikkelingen werden we telkens op de hoogte gehouden. Er was persoonlijk contact en de schriftelijke informatie was heel helder. Duidelijk stapsgewijs meegenomen in het proces en ons zeer vrij gevoeld om vragen te stellen. Makelaar maakte tijd om bij de verkoop de controle te doen, overzichtelijk de meterstanden door te geven en mee te gaan naar de notaris.
