Vanaf het moment van het eerst contact een goed gevoel. Helder in afspraken met een gezamenlijk doel, ons huis verkopen voor een goede prijs. De verkoopfoto's werden snel gemaakt en er werden ook al snel afspraken gemaakt voor bezichtigingen. Na de bezichtigingen werden we goed op de hoogte gehouden wat de interesses van de kijkers waren. Uitstekende lokale marktkennis in combinatie met een jong, enthousiast team dat, indien nodig, dagelijks korte lijnen heeft met diens opdrachtgever. De prestaties voor wat betreft de verkoop resultaten zijn ook uitstekend.

Onze woning was snel verkocht nadat we een andere woning hadden gekocht. Daarnaast is Makelaardij Martijn Willems ook de makelaar van de woning die we gekocht hebben.
