Het team is betrokken en betrouwbaar en denkt echt met je mee in het hele verkoopproces. Wat voor ons extra bijzonder was, is dat ze bereid waren een stapje extra te zetten: zelfs tijdens de feestdagen — terwijl het kantoor formeel gesloten was — stonden zij voor ons klaar en hielpen ze ons met allerlei zaken. Dat zegt veel over hun betrokkenheid en servicegerichtheid. Binnen 2 à 3 weken na aanmelding stond onze woning al online. In diezelfde week werden vier bezichtigingsmomenten gepland en de week erop ontvingen we al de biedingen. Het hele proces verliep vlot, professioneel en prettig. Kortom: een makelaar die doet wat hij belooft en net dat beetje extra geeft. Absoluut een aanrader!

For example, there were some issues with finding an available notary. In the end, our notary was found by the seller's broker. At some point it seemed that two notaries were trying to handle the transfer.
