Questions I ask for the contractor are simply not answered, even though they promise to do so, repeatedly. The gentleman only came up with a floor plan drawing and brochure at the end of the conversation… unprofessional. He couldn’t find the floor plan drawing of our specific option amidst all the clutter in the office. When I asked questions about payment terms, he started stammering a story and I had to remind him that he surely would have a clear document for that... Still a vague story, so we quickly let the house pass us by. No confidence in this business. Cel Hermsen could also work on his handshake; such a limp hand doesn’t inspire much confidence to begin with.

24 May 2025I would have expected better service from this NVM real estate agent/Bob. He abused his position. I regret it as much as hairs on my head that I had given him the assignment. A competent NVM real estate agent probably wouldn't have deceived us in this way, especially since he was also rude. I simply had a very bad experience, mainly because we, as clients, had nothing to say c.q. to contribute. He knew which town we had to move to and which house would be good for us. He also made us submit an offer that was unrealistically high. Furthermore, he just went on vacation instead of ensuring that my property would be sold quickly and at the best possible price, and he even dared to say at the end that the bid that was put forward was simply too high for what was offered. He clearly showed that he wasn't interested in the assignment!

When it seemed like things were going to go wrong with the selected buyer, forward-thinking was applied in follow-up steps, I received explanations regarding the legal rules and regular updates on the status of affairs. The entire office is familiar with the matters and can keep you informed. It was a pleasant collaboration with good results! (Purchase 2021) Very well assisted in purchasing my first home. Marcel provided expert guidance during viewings and the entire purchase process, quick responses when I had questions, had short lines of communication with selling agents or with the internal mortgage advisor. In addition, the value of the house was estimated very sharply, equal to the value of the appraiser! I experienced a very pleasant collaboration!

Date unknownI cannot recommend this real estate agent as a buyer's agent, unfortunately. For the high cost price, you can hope that they will respond to a simple question such as when you pay them (separately or at the notary), however, I would have to ask the notary that. When I asked if they had reviewed the purchase agreement, they reacted dismissively because it was just a standard contract and didn't need to be read. However, there were several non-standard extra sections. Many recommended third parties such as notary, building inspection, and appraisal were poorly regarded and not worth recommending overall. Overall, I don’t feel like I was well supported in buying my house and I am of the opinion that the costs have not been balanced with the services provided. I will avoid this real estate agent in the future. Edit 26-09-2024: Response to Rob from Disbergen: This is certainly not a misunderstanding but happened some years ago. I submitted a long complaint email at the time. It was then forwarded to the relevant real estate agent and nothing further was done about it. Given that I still find this unpleasant and you didn’t do anything about it back then, even though there was an opportunity, I am now posting this review to warn others. As confirmation that it is the correct office, the involved realtor was Marcel T.

Marcel gave sharp, good advice and could quickly switch gears when needed. He was easily accessible and came up with many useful tips for renovation and DIY projects. Moreover, he kept us grounded when we almost wanted to buy something in a neighborhood that wasn't really suitable for us. We are very happy about that! In the office, Nathalie was always accessible, helpful, and very friendly. No question was too much, and we always received quick and clear answers. In short: super happy with how everything went. They indicated a quick build time: transfer of ownership of the land 6 weeks before the start of construction and then a build time of 8 months. They also advertised this on Facebook and LinkedIn. The build time turned out to be 1 year and 10 months after signing. 1 extra year of double monthly expenses.
