It's beyond words, he promises you everything and nothing comes of it, as he promised us after a lot of misery everything he would give us to compensate for this. This, of course, did not happen. 05 Oct 2025Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.

Date unknownExperience with it as a selling party. I wonder if that's how things are everywhere these days. - listing the house low in the market so that it can be sold as quickly as possible. If it hadn't been for my input, the property would have been listed 5% lower. They don't seem to really be working for you, but rather appear to want to get through things as quickly as possible to close the transaction. I never once felt that they wanted to fight for the best price for the house. You might expect that a party, for that amount of money, would do more than conduct a few viewings over 1 or 2 weeks. - high % - The focus was on selling the property quickly because Mr. de Ven had planned a vacation. This was shamelessly presented as strategy. - After the sale, they called again to express interest in a type of object, but if there's nothing immediately available, you don't hear from them anymore. By chance, we later discovered on Funda that they had exactly what we were looking for for sale. A friendly laugh and a nice exterior, but this party, in my opinion, leaves humanity aside during these candy times in the real estate world. Maybe I’m hopelessly naive about what you can expect from real estate agents, it could also be.
