We hebben vanaf het begin goed advies gekregen over hoe de prijs te zetten. Ze creerden een aantrekkelijk brochure. Een vroeg, laag bod raadden ze aan om af te wijzen, en dat was correct. What disturbed me about the accompaniment was that I always had to approach the realtor myself to find out how things stood. What I had expected was that after each viewing I would get a report. But I had to follow up myself time and again. Furthermore, the contact proceeded satisfactorily.

Unfortunately very dissatisfied. I got the impression that I was taking all the work out of the broker's hands instead of the other way around. There was a lack of realism and the mediocre approach significantly slowed down the sale of the house in my opinion. Also negative experiences when purchasing a property: the broker arrives too late for appointments, provides incorrect information which even caused the purchase to be postponed by several days.
