Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

Regarding the experience, I can only say good things. But regarding the support and especially the communication, there is still room for improvement. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.
