Personally, we would not put our house for sale with the relevant real estate agent. Almost nothing was said and we felt that we largely had to conduct the viewing ourselves. After the viewing, we heard nothing more, not even to ask if we wanted to make an offer. The house is still for sale so that wasn't the reason. The housing market is now running wild but making more effort to sell something is really needed for both the buyer and seller.

Partly due to her commitment and knowledge of the matter, we were able to sell the house relatively quickly.
