Een hele fijne makelaar die de markt in deze regio uitstekend kent. Bram staat echt klaar voor zijn klanten en neemt de tijd om goed te luisteren. Hij denkt actief mee en heeft oog voor wat passend is, zowel voor de verkoper als voor de koper. Zijn betrokkenheid, deskundigheid en persoonlijke aanpak maken het hele proces prettig en vertrouwd. Update: inmiddels met Bram gesproken. Een goed, open gesprek. Hoewel wij nog steeds achter de inhoud van eerder geplaatste review staan, vinden wij het niet terecht om Bram hier volledig voor verantwoordelijk te stellen. Er is sprake van een héle vervelende samenloop van omstandigheden. Toch had de communicatie (of eigenlijk, het gebrek hieraan) en de transparantie richting ons als kopers in de betreffende periode na concept koopovereenkomst écht zorgvuldiger moeten verlopen maar dit is niet te wijten aan verkeerde intenties of onwil vanuit Bram. Deze opmerking uit onze vorige review nemen wij dan ook terug. Ook waarderen wij het enorm dat Bram de moeite genomen heeft om met ons het gesprek aan te gaan, open heeft gestaan voor ons verhaal en zijn verantwoordelijkheid heeft genomen. Ondanks dat wij nog steeds ontzettend balen van de uitkomst, is dit hoofdstuk voor ons nu naar tevredenheid afgesloten. _______________________________________________________________ In eerste instantie een positieve indruk van Bram. Vriendelijk, goed bereikbaar en zeer snel in het schakelen. Niets bleek echter minder waar. Daar waar het proces tot concept koopovereenkomst als een speer is verlopen, was er radiostilte nadien. Drie dagen lang heeft onze aankoopmakelaar tevergeefs geprobeerd in contact te komen met Bram. In diezelfde drie dagen hebben wij nietsvermoedend met familie geproost op onze terugkeer naar mijn ouderlijk dorp. Toen we eindelijk weer in contact kwamen met Bram werd aangegeven dat de door ons voorgestelde lijst van zaken (die überhaupt door verkopers zelf had moeten worden ingevuld) in het verkeerde keelgat van de verkopers was geschoten en de verkopers daardoor niet meer met ons verder wilden. Vol ongeloof ontvingen wij dit bericht. Als Bram de moeite had genomen om ons hierover te contacten, ons voorstel was immers een voorstel (en niet meer dan reëel), dan had het allemaal niet zo hoeven lopen. Wat later bleek echter, is dat er een nieuwe bezichtigingsaanvraag gepland was. Iemand die voor de vraagprijs wilde komen kijken. Daar had Bram wél de moeite voor genomen. Dat zoiets gebeurt is erg teleurstellend maar helaas niet onontkoombaar. Waar het voor ons écht scheef is gelopen: de doelbewuste radiostilte om ruimte te creëren voor een nieuwe bezichtiging en de leugen nadien. Bram, dat je in opdracht werkt van een verkoper is uiteraard te begrijpen maar hier zou jouw moreel kompas toch een andere richting in moeten wijzen.
