What was very important for us and really nice was that it was clearly explained to us how selling a house works, as we had never dealt with this before. The real estate agent also gave us time to make choices at our own pace, which we experienced as very pleasant. I find it difficult to assess expertise etc., because for both the purchase of our home and the sale of the 'old' home, very little contact was necessary. I am very satisfied with the layout of the brochure as well as the possibility for personal input. Ultimately, I am very pleased with the short time frames required for buying and selling.
