It appears to have been an exceptional combination of circumstances. After your viewing was scheduled, agreement was reached on a submitted offer and the viewing was cancelled. Unfortunately, this offer was withdrawn within the reconsideration period, allowing my colleague to still give you the opportunity to view the property. Your agenda only had room for a viewing at the end of the week, so other viewings took place in the meantime. Another offer was also made and accepted by the seller. Unfortunately, we therefore had to cancel your viewing again. We certainly haven’t forgotten you and will contact you when we receive a similar offering in mediation. 30 Oct 2025Jef has helped and advised us from start to finish regarding obtaining a mortgage. Unfortunately, some things went wrong at the bank and SVn that should have gone smoothly the first time around, which ultimately made it still exciting regarding the transfer date. We were also surprised that the notary charged double costs for the mortgage deed due to the starter loan that came into play. We would have appreciated being advised earlier that there might be additional notary costs when applying for a starter loan. Luckily, the result is what counts and that is now that we are very happy working on our first purchased house :).

We could think about this. Our house sold very quickly; it was nice that they only had a few days regarding viewings so you didn't have to show the house very often. They also arranged that if one broker couldn’t, the other could. Really very nice. That things could always continue like this. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.
