It appears to have been an exceptional combination of circumstances. After your viewing was scheduled, agreement was reached on a submitted offer and the viewing was cancelled. Unfortunately, this offer was withdrawn within the reconsideration period, allowing my colleague to still give you the opportunity to view the property. Your agenda only had room for a viewing at the end of the week, so other viewings took place in the meantime. Another offer was also made and accepted by the seller. Unfortunately, we therefore had to cancel your viewing again. We certainly haven’t forgotten you and will contact you when we receive a similar offering in mediation. The communication didn't really go super from start to finish. For example, sometimes not calling back (after repeatedly having called). Forgetting to mention that a viewing was scheduled. All in all, it went difficult.
