13 Mar 2025I didn't feel that I was the focus as a customer. Many sloppy mistakes in the draft brochure and the transfer date was agreed with the buyer instead of me as the seller. Selling a house is not something you do often. I would think carefully about who is allowed to do it.

It appears to have been an exceptional combination of circumstances. After your viewing was scheduled, agreement was reached on a submitted offer and the viewing was cancelled. Unfortunately, this offer was withdrawn within the reconsideration period, allowing my colleague to still give you the opportunity to view the property. Your agenda only had room for a viewing at the end of the week, so other viewings took place in the meantime. Another offer was also made and accepted by the seller. Unfortunately, we therefore had to cancel your viewing again. We certainly haven’t forgotten you and will contact you when we receive a similar offering in mediation.
