Martijn recently assessed our house. Very friendly and genuinely interested! Our house is under construction. Hans van Hoof heeft mij heel erg goed geholpen met de aankoop van mijn appartement. Hij geeft veel vertrouwen en legt alles goed en duidelijk uit, niet alleen met advies over de hypotheek, ook met advies over verzekeringen staat hij geduldig klaar, zodat je je nergens zorgen over hoeft te maken. Daarbij is hij makkelijk bereikbaar, ook in de avonduren, wat erg fijn is. Eigenlijk was het een heel relaxed traject, dank Hans!

Bij de aankoop van een vakantiewoning in de Ardennen komt nogal wat kijken. Het omzetten en aanpassen van de hypotheek is voor een leek zoals ik een doolhof. Gelukkig kwam ik bij Hans uit, hij heeft mij stap voor stap in het proces meegenomen , en het resultaat is daar. Hans is behalve vakkundig en onafhankelijk ook vooral gewoon een fijne goede vent die altijd voor Je klaarstaat ook buiten kantooruren. Hans bedankt !!!

Hans heeft ons top geholpen met de aankoop van onze eerste woning! Als aankoopmakelaar heeft hij sterk onderhandeld waardoor we uiteindelijk onze vrijstaande woning onder de vraagprijs hebben gekocht, iets wat erg uitzonderlijk is op de huizenmarkt momenteel. Daarnaast heeft Hans ons advies gegeven op het gebied van hypotheken en verzekeringen daar waar wij door de vele bomen het bos niet meer zagen. Zo heeft Hans ons geholpen met een passend hypotheek, en heeft hij onze verzekeringen in een verzamelpolis gunstig vast kunnen leggen. Het contact met Hans is overigens erg prettig. Hij legt alles in eenvoudige taal uit als je iets niet snapt, houdt zich aan de afspraken en staat ook buiten kantooruren voor je klaar. Al met al is Buro van Hoof een aanrader dus! Bedankt Hans :)

Contact met buro van Hoof gehad nadat ik zelf bij een verstrekker een hypotheekaanvraag had ingediend. Voor de zekerheid contact opgenomen en de mogelijkheden besproken. Als ik had geweten waar je allemaal rekening mee moet houden en de mogelijkheden die hij biedt had ik alles via Hans geregeld. Overigens bleek mijn keuze voor de hypotheekverstrekker en de voorwaarden zeer goed te zijn. Kortom, een aanrader!

Ik ken Hans als een zeer sociale en vriendelijke man met een goed gevoel voor humor! Hans heeft ons zeer goed geholpen met de recente aankoop van ons huis. Als onze aankoopmakelaar heeft hij zeer goed onderhandeld wat uiteindelijk geleid heeft tot de aankoop van ons uniek plekje. Als financieel adviseur nam hij uitgebreid de tijd om alles meermaals tot in de details te onderzoeken en om zo het meest voordelige pakket aan te kunnen bieden. Hans is een zeer gedreven persoon met een passie voor zijn vak en een zeer klantvriendelijke mentaliteit in de breedste zin van het woord. Het was voor Hans ook nooit een probleem om ons te begeleiden in het hele aankoopproces buiten zijn kantooruren en zelfs tijdens zijn vakantie! Bedankt Hans voor al je hulp!

Nog nimmer zulke slechte hypotheek info/advies gekregen. Stelt en draait in één en dezelfde zin. Dan mag het niet van de overheid en even later doet dit kantoor dat niet maar mogelijk een ander wel. Ontzettend warrig verhaal. Zeer arrogant, niet klantvriendelijk en zeker niet meedenkend. Weten niets van mijn dossier wat echter al 25 jaar loopt en administratief bij hen terecht is gekomen.

The only thing that struck me was that there was a huge sense of urgency everywhere. Behind everything. I wasn't bothered by it myself but noticed it very much. I can imagine that others might experience difficulties with that.

Wouter and Loes know how the market works, but with a human touch. A question is never too much and the answer to it always comes quickly. I have already sold and purchased several houses, for me Wouter and Loes are the estate agents of choice. I will and do recommend them to everyone. These aren't the slick estate agents, as I am used to more often. Reasonable, honest, knowledgeable, loyal, funny, businesslike when needed and genuinely mega reliable.
