They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

Through a WhatsApp group, we could quickly switch gears, and for major important issues, they were even available in the evenings and on weekends. During viewing week, we received a nice overview every day so that we had an idea of who had been by.
