25 Apr 2025Made an appointment with Anita to view a property shortly before the open house day. This was not a problem at all and the subsequent tour was neatly and clearly organized. Unfortunately, this did not become the property but in our next search we will definitely contact Pit Makelaardij and Anita to see if there are any properties available.

25 Feb 2025I experienced contact with the team at Pit Makelaars during the sale of my apartment as very pleasant. Anita is a hugely experienced real estate agent with excellent market knowledge. She quickly comes up with good ideas and a campaign plan, but you can of course set the pace yourself. A lot of attention is paid to the presentation of the property. Very good photos and a video presentation were created. Everything was returned for review. The communication was excellent. The buyers of my apartment were so enthusiastic about Pit Makelaars that they were allowed to sell their house too! All in all, highly recommended.

20 Jun 2023Beware of Pieter. He provides false information to sell/buy real estate at cost price. He has an alternative commission strategy (1% commission + 10% commission above the asking price), which makes his approach questionable to get more commission. I am writing this review after having almost lost €15,000 because he gave us false measurements of the living space of the house.
