16 Dec 2025Often the positive reviews are those of a successful house purchase/sale and the negative reviews are from an unsuccessful purchase/sale, but ours is mixed. We really wanted to buy our first house together and that didn't work out. That can of course happen, but the way it went down was very sour and bitter. We found it nice at van der Heijden Real Estate that the seller Jimmy was very open and friendly during viewings. He explained all questions neatly and he was reachable outside office hours. Yet we also have feedback for van der Heijden Real Estate. We found the process very unclear and doubtful. This can of course be due to the selling party, but it could also be due to the agent's tactics. This we will never get out on the table. However, it is nice for the buying party if there is more communication at the agreed times. If the selling party still doesn't know what they want to decide on, then that is also an answer for the buying party. Now we were often in suspense waiting for answers, which was very tiring in our process. It's nice to have clarity.

07 Feb 2025Indeed, a house was sold to us under false pretenses and lies. Due to the lawsuit, I can't say everything about it, but I am free to write a review. Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.

07 Nov 20252 weeks ago I contacted khalid for an apartment in veldhoven. He took immediate action for me and had an apartment where I already have the key today. Super nice cooperation. Friendly man, keeps to the agreements, nice contact. If you are interested in buying or renting, I would definitely recommend khalid. If I were to move in the future, I will first check myself if he has a possibility.

07 Feb 2025Due to circumstances, I had to look for temporary accommodation (Short stay). I quickly ended up with Lichtcity Housing and immediately contacted Khalid about an apartment on their site. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service!
