20 May 2024Bad experience with this realtor as a buyer. And somewhere I'm glad our offer wasn't even accepted. Viewing with multiple couples at the same time, so little time. Talked more about himself than the house. The extra papers with facts about the house such as leaks were delivered to us the afternoon before the viewing – when are you supposed to review them before the viewing? Afterwards he promised all sorts of brochures, you still had to ask for those and I never received one! All houses with this realtor are listed ridiculously expensive for sale. I made a bid because of the house, but the realtors gave me the creeps. I certainly wouldn't take them in my arms if I ever have to sell my house, because you do want your sellers to look with a good feeling! Haha in response to this he can’t even spell my name correctly. And that phone call, just like the viewing, was mostly about yourself. I hope people think twice!

We therefore appreciate your feedback and will definitely take this into account in future viewings. We also understand your frustration with regard to current market prices. You deal with a person at Van der Heijden, not a money tree. I also appreciated that potential buyers are given the time and opportunity to reflect on one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Yes, demand is high and urgency is great. But people can’t make such big decisions in 15 minutes. And Jimmy feels the same way. You sell your house with feeling. And a good feeling. 20 Sep 2024Indeed, a house was sold to us under false pretenses and lies. Due to the lawsuit, I can't say everything about it, but I am free to write a review. Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.

05 Jan 2025Due to circumstances, I had to look for temporary accommodation (Short stay). I quickly ended up with Lichtcity Housing and immediately contacted Khalid about an apartment on their site. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service! During the check-out as well, everything was checked properly and handled nicely and correctly. Thanks for the pleasant cooperation and good service!

05 Aug 2024Compleet onprofessioneel en onethisch bureau in Nederland/regio Eindhoven - Mijn vriend woont in Almere en komt hier op bezoek. Is het ILLEGAAL?! Er is geen tijdelijke regelaar in de studio, maar buiten, dus iedereen kan wisselen. Er zijn hier 4 huurders. Het is niet mijn verantwoordelijkheid om constant te controleren. Ik heb met het DNS-installatieteam gesproken, dat het onderhoud van deze boiler doet. Er lekt constant water en we vullen het dagelijks bij. Ik heb het ze laten zien. Ze zeiden duidelijk dat de boiler vervangen moet worden, maar dat kan alleen als de eigenaar hiervoor betaalt. Verder zijn er geen aparte meters voor 4 huurders, dus wie verbruikt er meer gas, water en elektriciteit? Dat kun je niet definiëren. Installeer 4 meters voor 4 huurders om duidelijkheid te krijgen. Huurders betalen volgens hun eigen meter, probleem opgelost. Bovendien is mijn studio in 2023 45 dagen nauwelijks gebruikt, omdat ik voornamelijk voor mijn werk op reis ben. Ondanks dat, ook nog eens 1466 euro extra gas, water en elektriciteitskosten bovenop de huurprijs? Het jarenlang schoonmaken van vuil en afval in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte en achtertuin, zoals te zien op de foto's, is mijn verantwoordelijkheid? Is dat logisch? - Wees heel voorzichtig als je via dit bureau huurt. Je wordt altijd een extra bedrag in rekening gebracht zonder bewijs en niemand zal zelfs maar de professionele etiquette hanteren om een fatsoenlijk gesprek te voeren. - En netheid, OMG 😳 😳, kom eens kijken waar ik verblijf. Ik verblijf in een spookhuis, vol vuil, kapotte stopcontacten, kakkerlakken, insecten, ratten, spinnen, een geweldig uitzicht op de achtertuin, foto's toegevoegd. Vochtige muren, kapotte laminaatvloeren zijn de kers op de taart. Je zou slangen in mijn achtertuin kunnen zien. Volstrekt onhygiënisch, zie bijgevoegde foto's. - Lightcity Housing vraagt om tickets aan te maken voor eventuele problemen, prima. Je maakt tickets aan, zonder SLA te vermelden. Later werd het plotseling afgesloten met de opmerking "goed behandeld door de verhuurder" - terwijl de verhuurder helemaal niets doet. Het is dus een pingpongspel tussen makelaarskantoor en verhuurder, en de huurder is de BAL 🏀 Hier. - Verhoogt de huur op elk moment, zonder goede uitleg. - Ze praten geen woord, zelfs toen ik meerdere keren om een persoonlijk gesprek vroeg - ze hingen alleen maar op, gebrek aan professionaliteit en niet de elementaire beleefdheid om met huurders om te gaan.

Dear Atanu, You live in a studio that is only available for one person, as stated in the contract. You are illegally living here with your partner without having given any notice. You received an invoice for excessive gas consumption, which you were supposed to share with the other tenants. The landlord saw that the temperature in your studio was 23+ degrees! With rising gas prices in 2023, this resulted in a higher gas bill. In the ticket, you stated that the boiler was broken. The landlord sent the contracted installation company and they found that the boiler was working perfectly. Cleaning the hallway and garden is your own responsibility as a tenant! The damp spots in your studio are caused by the high heat in the studio without opening a window. This makes the studio humid and causes stains on the wall!
