You already had problems when signing the contract because I am from Poland; I had to pay for a floor that was already there, and when I moved out, you didn't want to refund the money or have the flooring removed - this is just one example. Poles who come to your office are treated unfairly, and I also know this from other people.

Too bad about this review. This is a Polish lady whom we have never seen or spoken to. And an unjustified rating. This is completely unknown to us. We regularly rent to Polish people and it never causes problems. However, we work for landlords and do not own any properties that we rent out ourselves. If possible, we would like to know which address it concerns. We suspect it does not belong to our office.

Date unknownBad experience with this realtor as a buyer. And somewhere I'm glad our offer wasn't even accepted. Viewing with multiple couples at the same time, so little time. Talked more about himself than the house. The extra papers with facts about the house such as leaks were delivered to us the afternoon before the viewing – when are you supposed to review them before the viewing? Afterwards he promised all sorts of brochures, you still had to ask for those and I never received one! All houses with this realtor are listed ridiculously expensive for sale. I made a bid because of the house, but the realtors gave me the creeps. I certainly wouldn't take them in my arms if I ever have to sell my house, because you do want your sellers to look with a good feeling! Haha in response to this he can’t even spell my name correctly. And that phone call, just like the viewing, was mostly about yourself. I hope people think twice!

Given the overwhelming interest in the property, we have decided, in consultation with the owner, to allow two viewers per half hour, each viewer being accompanied by a real estate agent. By choosing this method, we have been able to offer all interested parties a fair chance to view the property and this has resulted in an optimal and fair price for the owner/client. We can imagine that the viewing may have seemed somewhat hectic to you and we are very sorry about that. We therefore appreciate your feedback and will definitely take this into account in future viewings. We also understand your frustration with regard to current market prices. These are higher than before, and we would like to emphasize that by far most of the bids we receive are above the asking price and that virtually all homes we currently sell are sold above the asking price. The asking prices are determined in consultation with the seller and based on a thorough and honest appraisal. We take current market prices into account here as well. Regarding the additional documents, we regret that we were unable to send them earlier. Date unknownIndeed, a house was sold to us under false pretenses and lies. Due to the lawsuit, I can't say everything about it, but I am free to write a review. Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.

See the photos to see that his review is unjustified. The apartment he rented had to be completely renovated after his departure! I feel sad that someone whom I have helped so often - for example when he forgot his keys again or with other matters - accuses the person who only arranged his rental agreement of things that do not belong to her duties at all. I have always been the contact person and really helped this gentleman very often, even when he terminated his contract and then didn't, and then yes, and then a few more months. This bad review does not deserve Best housing and neither do I!!!

24 Oct 20252 weeks ago I contacted khalid for an apartment in veldhoven. He took immediate action for me and had an apartment where I already have the key today. Super nice cooperation. Friendly man, keeps to the agreements, nice contact. If you are interested in buying or renting, I would definitely recommend khalid. If I were to move in the future, I will first check myself if he has a possibility.

14 Dec 2024Due to circumstances, I had to look for temporary accommodation (Short stay). I quickly ended up with Lichtcity Housing and immediately contacted Khalid about an apartment on their site. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service! During the check-out as well, everything was checked properly and handled nicely and correctly. Thanks for the pleasant cooperation and good service!
