Date unknownBad experience with this realtor as a buyer. And somewhere I'm glad our offer wasn't even accepted. Viewing with multiple couples at the same time, so little time. Talked more about himself than the house. The extra papers with facts about the house such as leaks were delivered to us the afternoon before the viewing – when are you supposed to review them before the viewing? Afterwards he promised all sorts of brochures, you still had to ask for those and I never received one! All houses with this realtor are listed ridiculously expensive for sale. I made a bid because of the house, but the realtors gave me the creeps. I certainly wouldn't take them in my arms if I ever have to sell my house, because you do want your sellers to look with a good feeling! Haha in response to this he can’t even spell my name correctly. And that phone call, just like the viewing, was mostly about yourself. I hope people think twice!

Given the overwhelming interest in the property, we have decided, in consultation with the owner, to allow two viewers per half hour, each viewer being accompanied by a real estate agent. By choosing this method, we have been able to offer all interested parties a fair chance to view the property and this has resulted in an optimal and fair price for the owner/client. We can imagine that the viewing may have seemed somewhat hectic to you and we are very sorry about that. We therefore appreciate your feedback and will definitely take this into account in future viewings. We also understand your frustration with regard to current market prices. These are higher than before, and we would like to emphasize that by far most of the bids we receive are above the asking price and that virtually all homes we currently sell are sold above the asking price. The asking prices are determined in consultation with the seller and based on a thorough and honest appraisal. We take current market prices into account here as well. Regarding the additional documents, we regret that we were unable to send them earlier. Jimmy is very accessible, even during more difficult times in his private life. He shares this too, which builds trust between you. Personally, I think that's very important. You deal with a person at Van der Heijden, not a money tree. I also appreciated that potential buyers are given the time and opportunity to reflect on one of the biggest purchases of their lives. Yes, demand is high and urgency is great. But people can’t make such big decisions in 15 minutes. And Jimmy feels the same way. You sell your house with feeling. And a good feeling. 20 Sep 2024Indeed, a house was sold to us under false pretenses and lies. Due to the lawsuit, I can't say everything about it, but I am free to write a review. Do not enter into an agreement with this real estate agent! She doesn't even respond to letters from the lawyer anymore. What he says here is true! Ultimately, we won the lawsuit after damages of 15,000 euros. The selling party confirmed that the realtor was fully aware. She never informed us again! That says enough. You usually find something like this annoying; she even paid part of the opposing party's lawyer’s fees! Be careful when buying a house through her.

The initial contact was an introductory meeting, which I experienced as pleasant and felt that the 'click' was there. We wanted to give her the sale of our house. 05 Jan 2025Due to circumstances, I had to look for temporary accommodation (Short stay). I quickly ended up with Lichtcity Housing and immediately contacted Khalid about an apartment on their site. Everything was arranged quickly and correctly, and I was able to move into a nice apartment the same day. Very happy with this service! During the check-out as well, everything was checked properly and handled nicely and correctly. Thanks for the pleasant cooperation and good service!

05 Aug 2024Completely unprofessional and unethical agency in the Netherlands/Eindhoven region - My friend lives in Almere and is visiting here. Is it ILLEGAL?! There is no temporary person to manage things in the studio, but outside, so everyone can switch. There are 4 tenants here. It's not my responsibility to constantly check. I spoke with the DNS installation team, which maintains this boiler. Water constantly leaks and we refill it daily. I showed it to them. They clearly said that the boiler needs to be replaced, but that can only happen if the owner pays for it. Furthermore, there are no separate meters for the 4 tenants, so who consumes more gas, water, and electricity? You cannot define that. Install 4 meters for 4 tenants to gain clarity. Tenants pay according to their own meter, problem solved. Moreover, my studio was hardly used in 2023 for 45 days because I travel a lot for work. Despite that, still an extra €1466 of gas, water and electricity costs on top of the rent? Is it my responsibility to clean up dirt and waste in the common area and backyard, as shown in the photos, for years? Does that make sense? - Be very careful when renting through this agency. You are always charged an extra amount without proof and no one will even adhere to professional etiquette to have a decent conversation. - And cleanliness, OMG 😳 😳, come see where I'm staying. I’m staying in a haunted house, full of dirt, broken outlets, cockroaches, insects, rats, spiders, a great view of the backyard, photos added. Damp walls, broken laminate floors are the icing on the cake. You could see snakes in my backyard. Absolutely unhygienic, see attached photos. - Lightcity Housing asks for tickets to be created for any problems, fine. You create tickets, without mentioning an SLA. Later it was suddenly closed with the comment 'well treated by the landlord' - while the landlord does absolutely nothing. So it’s a ping-pong game between the real estate agency and the landlord, and the tenant is the BAL 🏀 Here. - Increases rent at any time, without good explanation. - They don't speak a word, even when I repeatedly asked for a personal meeting - they just hung up, lack of professionalism and not even basic politeness to deal with tenants.

Dear Atanu, You live in a studio that is only available for one person, as stated in the contract. You are illegally living here with your partner without having given any notice. You received an invoice for excessive gas consumption, which you were supposed to share with the other tenants. The landlord saw that the temperature in your studio was 23+ degrees! With rising gas prices in 2023, this resulted in a higher gas bill. In the ticket, you stated that the boiler was broken. The landlord sent the contracted installation company and they found that the boiler was working perfectly. Cleaning the hallway and garden is your own responsibility as a tenant! The damp spots in your studio are caused by the high heat in the studio without opening a window. This makes the studio humid and causes stains on the wall!
