However, costs were charged for the damage and the cleaning. When I asked for proof (for example, that the house needed to be cleaned after my departure), I could not receive anything.

As a student, I've been well dressed by this company. They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

Terrible experience. DHVC managed our rental apartment for almost 3 years. They selected and chose the landlord themselves, who turned out to have financial problems just a few months later. They were enormously reactive in their attitude and took no action to help us out of this stressful situation. Only after we hired a lawyer ourselves did it become clear that they had not even fulfilled the legal obligations regarding payment arrears. I would not recommend them to anyone.

BAD company! charges service costs to both tenant and landlord which is prohibited by law. After sending official letters requesting reimbursement, they simply didn't respond. This company has just stolen over 900 euros from me in this way! Furthermore, they refused to return the key deposit when I went to hand in the keys. So they take money as a deposit but don't give it back! Scammers! Edit: There has indeed been contact with you via my lawyer. I still have all the emails saved. YOU charged service costs to both the letting and renting party. YOU are responsible for this, not the landlord. I see that I am not alone. Shame on you for acting like this now!

We sold our house through this real estate agent, but the process was bumpy and unorganized. We had to take the initiative at almost every step. The communication was minimal. We had to ask for the brochure, the for sale sign, photos, brochure, and even for the final check on the selling price. After the sale, we had to ask when the purchase contract would arrive, when we would get the key back, and when the sign would be removed. The most frustrating...

Arrived a half hour late for the appointment, hadn't prepared the visit at all. After 15 minutes of talking, it became clear he wasn't qualified to assess our house (vab former agricultural destination). If he had prepared even slightly, he would have known this beforehand.. Returned without achieving anything. This is how we wasted a lot of time with the mortgage application.

Our notary needed a valuation report for our new home to determine the transfer tax. The real estate agent referred us to Zicht op Wonen. We indicated when the transfer of the property would take place and asked if we could receive a valuation report by that time. There were six days between the appraisal and receiving the report, which we received only one day before the transfer. It would have been nice if we had received the report sooner, but it was just in time, and we were very helped by it.

We needed an appraisal report to include the equity of our house. We already had an appraisal report drawn up by Zicht Op Wonen a few years ago and were very satisfied with them then too. Now we got the same appraiser again, which was very pleasant. Ron immediately saw what we had renovated in the meantime and which improvements had been made. He was enthusiastic about it, and that's nice when it is shared. All in all definitely recommendable

Based on our specific experience, I can name two important advantages: 1) An experienced real estate agent works closely with a mortgage advisor and an appraiser to achieve the best possible offer (from various perspectives). 2) The real estate agent, in our case Roger, has quite a bit of experience and negotiation skills. Therefore, we consider the price we paid for the house as the price we paid for the services of De Brabant Makelaar, since we would not have been able to close that deal ourselves.

The Brabant realtor was initially very friendly and very positive. The communication to this seller was no costs, only €650 for the brochure and placement on the internet; the rest would be paid by the buyers who would then pay a small amount because it was included in the mortgage application. As far as that went, everything was fine. My wife did have to do a lot of work; all sorts of things had to be provided. There were also sufficient viewings and we received two bids, one of which we accepted outright. However, two days before we had to go to the notary, the surprise came. We suddenly heard that we still had to pay €4000 in realtor fees. This was nowhere agreed upon and was not listed anywhere in the brochure. After a long conversation with the realtor about our disappointment, surprisingly enough, €1000 of the realtor fees could be deducted at once. I find this situation very disappointing and want to warn future sellers about it.

We are the purchasing party and have had two viewings with Mrs. Nicolette Esser. The first visit, our choice via Funda, was not the apartment we were looking for, and Nicolette immediately noticed that. Only 2 stars. Very unfortunate because the staff (reception and supporting personnel) and the financial advisor of this Real Estate Agency certainly deserved the 5 stars. Top. But the realtor who guided us negated much of it. Unfortunately. That man lacked empathy; a supportive attitude, and customer-friendly energy. Nothing indicated customer focus, and that against a top courtage.

We met Michiel Peelen during one of our viewings. He was the selling real estate agent of one of the houses we viewed. Around that time, we also contacted a few brokers for a buyer's agent. However, the atmosphere was immediately good when we first met Michiel. He seemed knowledgeable and honest. We reached out to him and immediately made an appointment. Normally he works with a selling real estate agent, but at our request, he decided to become our agent. That was indeed the best decision we have made. Throughout the entire process, he handled everything flawlessly. He was proactive in his approach. He was very practical in his decision-making and prevented us from making impulsive decisions. And, not to be forgotten, he is friendly and courteous. He helped us with the purchase of our first dream house and we cannot thank him enough.

Arrogant agent. I was sick and told them that I couldn't do the viewing. Also wrote an apology email and WhatsApp. My realtor represented me since I wasn't there. The owner Rob pincen blocked my number which I find very childish of him. Maybe other people are satisfied but for me he was totally 0/10. No professionalism that benefits from this market. Every dog has his day. I wonder if such an attitude works for him and the company when the market collapses one day. I have also told about this experience to my colleagues and friends.
