If it is a question regarding the rental, it may be that there is late or no response due to the large number of responses so that it is impossible to speak to everyone personally.

30 Jun 2025On behalf of Kema Beleggingen, a home inspection was carried out - the house had been well cleaned and there were now damages to the property. However, costs were charged for the damage and the cleaning. When I asked for proof (for example, that the house needed to be cleaned after my departure), I could not receive anything.

They ask money for all sorts of nonsense; €60 for printing out a contract, unlawful mediation costs, unjustified retention of deposit and finally exceeding the legal standard of room prices. Positive: they did provide a landlord statement neatly and quickly upon request. @Eigenaar/Marcel; The fact that you can't find me in a database doesn't mean I'm painting a wrong picture or writing unfair reviews.

We had to ask for the brochure, the for sale sign, photos, brochure, and even for the final check on the selling price. After the sale, we had to ask when the purchase contract would arrive, when we would get the key back, and when the sign would be removed. The most frustrating...

16 Jun 2025The Brabant realtor was initially very friendly and very positive. The communication to this seller was no costs, only €650 for the brochure and placement on the internet; the rest would be paid by the buyers who would then pay a small amount because it was included in the mortgage application. As far as that went, everything was fine. My wife did have to do a lot of work; all sorts of things had to be provided. There were also sufficient viewings and we received two bids, one of which we accepted outright. However, two days before we had to go to the notary, the surprise came. We suddenly heard that we still had to pay €4000 in realtor fees. This was nowhere agreed upon and was not listed anywhere in the brochure. After a long conversation with the realtor about our disappointment, surprisingly enough, €1000 of the realtor fees could be deducted at once. I find this situation very disappointing and want to warn future sellers about it.

In the end, I did not follow their advice, showed the property myself to interested parties and managed to negotiate a price above the asking price — while my own real estate agent was actually pressuring me to accept a lower offer. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and wonder what I have actually paid for.

02 Nov 2024We met Michiel Peelen during one of our viewings. He was the selling real estate agent of one of the houses we viewed. Around that time, we also contacted a few brokers for a buyer's agent. However, the atmosphere was immediately good when we first met Michiel. He seemed knowledgeable and honest. We reached out to him and immediately made an appointment. Normally he works with a selling real estate agent, but at our request, he decided to become our agent. That was indeed the best decision we have made. Throughout the entire process, he handled everything flawlessly. He was proactive in his approach. He was very practical in his decision-making and prevented us from making impulsive decisions. And, not to be forgotten, he is friendly and courteous. He helped us with the purchase of our first dream house and we cannot thank him enough.

02 Nov 2024Arrogant realtor. I was sick and told them that I couldn't do the viewing. I also sent an email and WhatsApp with apologies. My realtor represented me because I wasn't there. Owner Rob Pincen has blocked my number, which I find very childish of him. Maybe other people are satisfied, but for me he was an absolute 0/10. No professionalism that abuses this market. Every dog has his day. I wonder if such an attitude works for him and the company when the market ever dips. I have also told my colleagues and friends about this experience.
