Hypodomus Eindhoven helped us as a buyer's agent in a difficult market to purchase a beautiful house! When we wanted to view a property, we could simply let them know and they would arrange everything for us, instead of having to call other agents ourselves. We ultimately had 4 viewings, with someone from Hypodomus attending each time (these were alternately Pascal, Bowin, and Edwin). Due to scheduling constraints, the same person couldn’t always attend, but they were all skilled and helpful, so we could at least always quickly schedule a viewing, which was no problem. It was especially nice to have a good and realistic picture of the condition of the property immediately after the viewing, along with an estimate of the costs for any renovations. One of the main reasons for engaging a buyer’s agent was to have a good strategy in case of bidding wars. Ultimately, that proved unnecessary in our case (which is quite exceptional at the moment), but it still helped that they were on top of things with the selling agent to close the deal as quickly as possible after we placed our bid. All in all, we are very satisfied, so we can definitely recommend Hypodomus Eindhoven, and nowadays it’s simply a lot more difficult to buy a house without a buyer’s agent. But you probably earn back the costs just by not making an offer that is too high, and the extra support you get is also certainly worth it. Their price is comparable to others, so it's simply a fair, good price.
